Got charged for a double sonic bacon pretzel smasher only received a regular smasher and no one will answer the phone to fix this. This is the 4th time they have messed up my order I will not be returning and will tell my friends and family to not return here either

Sonic has went down hill over the last couple of years. Used to have good food. Last time i ate there will be the last. Worst chili dog ive ever had. Would not recommend!

Was craving a frito chili cheese wrap after a long day at work to find out they were out of frito's. So I got a burger with onion rings. Got to the hotel and saw a clump of onions rings all stuck together and dark brown. Tasted like old nasty grease. Couldn't even eat them. Usually have a good experience at this location but not this time. Very disappointing.

The girl taking the order last night around 7-8 pm was RUDE. Her tone, attitude and way of speaking was not in line with talking to another human being, let alone a customer service job. The kid who brought us the order was a sweet heart, but forgot our shakes. He brought the full order out 5 min later. One shake was done perfectly, the other seemed like they wiped the lid with a rag and it was not mixed. They also forgot the condiments. Would recommend a district manager drop in for a month or two. And randomly a month at a time.

They always check my order in and say they’re bringing it and then I still have to wait an extra 30 mins for DRINKS!! They do that so they keep their times up. Sorry place and sorry employees!

We regularly visit Waco. We have stopped at this Sonic two times for drinks as we travel back home. Both times, we have waited a very long time ( non-crowded) to receive our orders. We have driven away. We will not be stopping here again.
This location has horrible customer service. The guy manager is rude and should not be in this line of work if he does not know how to handle situations.

Worst sonic ever! Takes 20 minutes to get a drink. They are always out of everything, especially any deal items. Some car hops have crappy attitudes, there are a few nice ones. Save yourself time and agony and go to the Robinson location.

The guy who took my order seemed to be rushing me to order and still didn't get my order right. I ordered Cherry and lemonade slushie and they put a lot of strawberries in it instead. Now what IF I was allergic to strawberries?
