We were there this past Friday 01/02/2026 and ordered 2 corn dogs, cheese tots, chicken bites & a cherry lime aid. We asked for lots of mustard because we use about 4 mustard packets per corn dog and we stressed the extra mustard twice. The guy taking our order kinda ignored us. The corn dogs were burnt and we got just 3 packets of mustard for 2 corn dogs. Now I know why I don’t go to Sonic very often. So disappointed.

I received a Oreo Blast with something yellow in it. Both Limeade orders were wrong. I have been here on four different occasions and have yet to receive my order correctly. The yellow contamination in my child's ice cream is the deal breaker for me.

I always pay for extra cherries in my drink and never get any, I select easy on the ice and always get a ton. They just straight up don't care. Today I ordered a cherry limade with no ice, was served a cup full of ice with just a little sprite in it.

Been here a quite abit and havent had to many problems with my orders but today i went and got food for my lunch break and I goto drink my drink and it taste weird I open the lid and its water down already suppose to be a dr.pepper which is dark this is not at all

I used to work at Goodwill, but I had a great experience with an employee named Brittany at Sonic. I was short on cash, and my total came out to be $11.40, but I only had $8.00. Brittany kindly helped me out and covered the remaining amount. She's incredibly kind and went above and beyond to assist me. 10/10 would recommend visiting Sonic and requesting Brittany as your carhop!

I don’t know why I keep visiting this location and setting myself up for disappointment. The food is always cold and made wrong or just burnt/disgusting each time. I ordered a garlic butter bacon CHEESEburger and received what tasted and felt like a piece of cardboard in a dry bun. It had no cheese, had a tiny drop of garlic sauce and mayo and the meat was burnt yet cold. I ordered a chili cheese dog and tots and they put those at the BOTTOM of the bag with my other items on top which caused hot dog to just disintegrate from being smushed. Tots didn’t matter since they tasted days old covered in burnt chili. Had the little chicken bites that were free with app so can’t complain about free items but the French toast sticks were probably only edible thing in this order. There’s a worker there named Ken or Kent however you spell his name at the Hewitt location. The food was great ! However , Mr. Ken’s service was surprisingly poor considering he seems to be in a higher position than the other employees there. I’ve also overheard him being so rude to his employees. Sonic superiors HAVE TO DO BETTER ! Or go work at the sonic in Waco where they act like that. I’ve never had an issue with the sonic in Hewitt until recently but I don’t like that Ken guy.
