I used to work at Goodwill, but I had a great experience with an employee named Brittany at Sonic. I was short on cash, and my total came out to be $11.40, but I only had $8.00. Brittany kindly helped me out and covered the remaining amount. She's incredibly kind and went above and beyond to assist me. 10/10 would recommend visiting Sonic and requesting Brittany as your carhop!

I don’t know why I keep visiting this location and setting myself up for disappointment. The food is always cold and made wrong or just burnt/disgusting each time. I ordered a garlic butter bacon CHEESEburger and received what tasted and felt like a piece of cardboard in a dry bun. It had no cheese, had a tiny drop of garlic sauce and mayo and the meat was burnt yet cold. I ordered a chili cheese dog and tots and they put those at the BOTTOM of the bag with my other items on top which caused hot dog to just disintegrate from being smushed. Tots didn’t matter since they tasted days old covered in burnt chili. Had the little chicken bites that were free with app so can’t complain about free items but the French toast sticks were probably only edible thing in this order. There’s a worker there named Ken or Kent however you spell his name at the Hewitt location. The food was great ! However , Mr. Ken’s service was surprisingly poor considering he seems to be in a higher position than the other employees there. I’ve also overheard him being so rude to his employees. Sonic superiors HAVE TO DO BETTER ! Or go work at the sonic in Waco where they act like that. I’ve never had an issue with the sonic in Hewitt until recently but I don’t like that Ken guy.

The last two times we have ordered burgers; they have been cold. It's like they are cooking the patties ahead of time. I think we're done with this location despite it being the closest.
ordered on the app, went to pick up my food, made it home & noticed it was made wrong. it was missing an entire patty & onions which i asked them to take off. i headed back up there & they got the order wrong again. this time they didn’t put any bacon on the bacon burger… had them remake it again & they remade it wrong AGAIN! staff was rude & acted like the didn’t mess it up.. never ordering from here again.

Ordered a Coke and a medium popcorn chicken at 6:30 p.m.. Left the restaurant and on the way home reached into my bag to grab a piece of chicken. It didn't even make it to my mouth. The odor of rancid oil was a total NO!!! Too bad I had already left the restaurant. The entire batch of chicken smelled nasty so I just tossed it.
Our drive-in was great!! ☺ The service was wonderful! :) And my chilli dog was amazing and my fries were too!! 😍😋 I also loved my strawberry limeade!! 😋 Everything was amazing and the service was overall amazing too!! 😁☺🫶💕

The staff at this location couldn’t be sweeter! They were kind and courteous. We love ordering slushes with nerds, shakes, and making a lemon berry slush by ordering a strawberry and adding a lemon. They have a new rainbow slush and it was delicious!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Rude customer service when I talked to the manager on the phone. Disgusting food tasted like fish. And when I called for a refund she said well no one else has called saying it tasted funny so. SO, it’s kind of weird because you don’t even sell fish and my food tasted like it? Considering both mine and my dad’s tasted like it is very weird to me. Then continued to tell me they just changed the oil in the tots so that could be it? This was the worst experience I ever had with sonic and won’t ever be going back. Do better.
