Went there on Sunday evening. Place was packed but we found a spot in Space 7. Punched the red button and no one responded. After about 4-5 minutes of no response we left and went to Freddy's. A man pulled into the slot next to us and got waited on almost immediately. If the menu board doesn't work then put a sign on it or an orange cone in the lane so people don't pull in. If nothing else come on the intercom and apologize for the wait and say we will be with you shortly. Maybe that is why Space 7 was open. Sad state of affairs when no one cares about their job or how the customer is treated.

It was a dark and stormy night. I ordered large tots with a medium ocean water. This manager named George was taking out the order. I had my toddler with me since I didn’t want to leave him at home alone. Well as George was taking out my order my toddler wouldn’t stop crying. So George punched the window and pulled my toddler and starting curb stomping the poor baby to death.Now my child is dead and I have to pay for his funeral, everyone in my family is depressed my husband left me for taking my child to sonic to get killed. Everything in my life has fallen apart and all thanks to that awful manager.I would give 0 stars if I could. George needs to be in jail. NEVER going to sonic again!!!

I usually love going 2 sonic, but one day the MANAGER was taking out my food…it said on his name tag that his name is George. He dropped on me and I told him to remake it. He didn’t apologize and just walked away. I ordered a chili cheese coney and it was absolutely disgusting to have it spilled on me like that. I tried to call them and he told me to just deal with it or order again. Very rude and pathetic excuse for a manager
