Tried the Philly cheesesteak sandwich from the plaid plate (food truck version of Squirrely’s Tavern) and I must say I was impressed. The sandwich was made fresh and the customer service was impeccable. If you happen to see the Plaid Plate out and about by Camp Fimfo, give it a try; you won’t be disappointed!

Rating based purely on food. Burger, 1 drink and two kids meals was just under 30$. We found this place randomly and had no idea it was a part of a campground. I’m sure the burger is frozen prior, but it was surprisingly not bad. Clean establishment.

It was ok. Burger was good. But they charge 1.50 for tomatoes, lettuce, & onion. Um I thought that normally comes on a burger. We were told they were short staffed, and the waitress didn't inform us very well on the ordering procedure. Prolly won't go back there again, but still, it was a good burger.

I love eating at Camp Fimfo, they have great food! They have the most friendly staff around. If you are staying here it is an even better experience as you can just walk right up from your camp site. They make really good drinks and have an excellent selection of cocktails. They have live music every Friday and Saturday night and the vibes are great!
Squirrelys is one of the best bars in Waco! They have the best bartenders around! Go and see Amber and Brooke at the pool bar, you won't regret it!
