Drive-through, small interior area, plenty of outside seating. It's a 'drive-through' Starbucks with an interior counter; there's not a lot of reason to sit and sip at location. Good service, friendly staff. Get your pastries at the Magnolia Table Quick-Service Counter, get your coffee/tea here (Magnolia Table has great pastries, but their drinks are 'Eh').

I always enjoy my Cortada for the ride home to Waco from Temple VA appt. Right on the corner from Buc-ee's Temple. The Baristas are always great
Order has been wrong last 2 times, as well as the customer service has been slim to none. Everyone looks miserable and hates their job. Today the girl was rude from the time I drove up, and then basically threw my drink at me and as I was attempting to tell her I had a deli item, she slammed the window in my face. So I sat there for 2 extra min waiting for her to come back. Incredibly rude. Also, the parking lot/drive thru is not the easiest thing to move around during peak times.

The drive through was really backed up and the starbucks app was not working this morning, and I was short on time but really wanted a coffee. I normally order online and will go in if the line is backed up, but since the app was not working, I went in to place my order. So, I understand that I may have to wait a minutes or two to get my coffee, however, this morning, I walked in and no one even acknowledged me standing at the corner and what's more, I stood in there for 10 minutes without a hello or we will be right with you, nope...nothing. Another gentleman was standing there waiting on his coffee, so, I finally left as I was already late for work without a coffee. I will look at using another location to avoid this type of rudeness!
