Employee took longer to make my order because he was busier talking to his co-workers about the new car he had just gotten! I personally felt that was a conversation that could have waited especially given how big of a hurry I was in. It just rubbed me wrong and left a bad taste in my mouth. My banana bread and Frappuccino was excellent though.. Unfortunately...I did not get the young man's name.

Parking: This particular location has very little parking for as busy as this location is!

I order the new valentines drink, i added dry strawberries, on my drink light whipped cream so they can put my dry strawberries two scoops on top, and when i go pick up my order, they give me a ugly drink that doesn’t have my dry strawberries on top, they blended with all the other flavors, comon its dry strawberries supposed to be on top not blended 🙄 the drink was strawberry flavor already, then the lady just said oh you need to sayi it you not wanted blended 🙄 this’s nasty

The stress of so many people and so many orders has taken its toll with the crew. When asked about the remaining items in our order we were told “ we will get to it”
Then we watched people who ordered after us receive similar items. When asked again I was told the person I asked was not responsible for the oven ….then when our order was done …it was thrown on the counter. Not a great experience.

Girl was being very rude from the start. And when I POLITELY asked if she could fix my drink cause she made the wrong one she gave me attitude and still made my drink wrong. I just left at that point cause there was no reason to act like that.

HORRIBLE little entitled rude children working here. Sounds like a McDonald's worker. Anything else? Anything else? Anything else? Then want to hand me a half empty drink. Starbucks is the most inconsistent coffee shop out there.
So argumentative and rude.
