Absolutely worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. Pulled into the drive thru with only a few cars in front of me. Placed my order without issue however, when I got to the window to pay and receive my order nothing went right. First, the barista tried to hand me another customers order. Next, after confirming my name the barista tries to give me an entirely different drink than what I ordered (some type of latte my order was a frappe). I was told to pull forward and it would be brought out to me in a moment. After waiting just over 15 mins with no communication I went inside only for the barista working the counter to turn to the counter behind him grab a watered down melted drink with no name distinguishing it from others, obviously lacking the extra ingredients (caramel drizzle easy to see if it’s been added) hand it to me and say nothing to me at all. No “sorry for the wait” no “thank you” just my haphazardly thrown together drink with the ingredients already separating from the ice.

Will absolutely never return.

The drinks and food are fine of course but the old crew left and took their happy faces with them🙁 The new crew looks like they don't like being here and give non-approachable vibes. Its sad cause it makes me not want to stay longer or even come in as often. A simple smile can make a big difference in someones day.

The staff didn’t greet me and looked like they weren’t in a good mood. Their expressions felt cold and unwelcoming. Service was slow, and my drink didn’t taste as good as usual. I hope things improve next time.

Service has gone downhill waited 10 min for a drink and no line in drive thru. Staff is just not as attentive or friendly like they use to be. Very disappointing.

One of the smaller Starbucks but this one runs SO EFFICIENTLY. Fast, smiles, and ease. Truly the thing that sets this place apart is Kuba working the front. He embodies the culture at this Starbucks.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Helped me figure my drink order out. Love the dessert choices.

Staff was wired up. They automatically put a five dollar tip on my order and I didn’t even notice because I scanned my app and I just happened to look at the receipt on my app and noticed it was a five dollar tip on a $4.76 order…beware. Make sure you’re checking your receipt. There was about six girls working in there and it seemed chaotic. Will not return to this location.

Fastest Starbucks in Waco. Courteous, accurate serice. Result: best Venti, Cinnamon dolce latte 😋

Most of the people here are nice but the white guy with the accent and greyish hair is so rude for no reason. I asked them to remake my hazelnut espresso because it was way too milky and sweet and they forgot my cookie crumble on top. He had an attitude about it and argued with me then took 15 minutes to remake my drink. If im paying 9 dollars for a small drink I least want to enjoy it

Nothing like coming in at 12:32 on 25 April only to not be greeted or acknowledged and left standing at the front counter ready to order. Only to still not be helped or even looked at for 5 minutes and leave with nothing.
Definitely won't ever return.

Coffee hot hot and tastes amazing as always!! Very kind employee at the window also.
