Employee took longer to make my order because he was busier talking to his co-workers about the new car he had just gotten! I personally felt that was a conversation that could have waited especially given how big of a hurry I was in. It just rubbed me wrong and left a bad taste in my mouth. My banana bread and Frappuccino was excellent though.. Unfortunately...I did not get the young man's name.

Noah is always on point with his customer service. Busy or not. This morning i went inaide store with my kids and I noticed a lot of the baristas are very high strung and let the craziness of the mornings get to them. I get it I've been in customer service (retail) for 15+years but you still gotta maintain a level attitude and provide the best service you can even with the most complicated of customers. I may have caught the others on a rough morning and hopefully next in-store...
