Gave me a bullshit drink that doesnt taste right i got a Carmel brulee latte no Carmel no topping no cream definitely slacking at there job and 6 bucks for this trash drink im reminded why I stopped getting Starbucks I long time ago just sad and pathetic every time

I ordered a drink that is my go to and it was off- rather than call customer service I felt it would be better for me to share my feedback with the manager on duty. I called and spoke with Xander. He was sympathetic and understanding of my feedback and offered to make it right. He and his team did an excellent job and making me feel as though my feedback mattered along with my business. I highly recommend this location and this team for your next coffee stop!

Once again I gave them another try cause I live so close not happy . I will not be coming back ask for the same thing and I guess they can’t read orders . Asked for light ice my cup is filled with ice I can’t even move my straw around . And again not filled up .

With everything that's going on these days someone at this location manages to make somebody's day with hand written thoughtful quotes on the customers beverage cup. Because of this kind gesture, I will continue to buy my caffe' latte here :)

I went thru the drive thru this morning, just having a rough Sunday morning and as soon as I got to the drive thru intercom, Hailey was on the other end being so sweet and bubbly! She is SO friendly and had a huge smile on her face to great me when I got to the window. She had my coffee and my kale and mushroom egg bites ready and waiting for me! She definitely made my rough morning a lot better!

Your better-than-average starbucks, which, of course, is always a great experience. The lady gave me a free cake pop which was nice of her! Otherwise the place is really clean! A little small on the inside, but if the seats are filled, just sit in their nice seating area outside. The service is fast too, and their iced lattes are amazing!
