Drive through, picked up a bag of decaf coffee which they offered to grind. Sumatra flavor was soothing & I recommend. I asked about a pour over, but a new employee helping me wasn't sure if they do it. I'll inquire next time.

Constructive “CraZy” Evaluator

A line of people waiting on drinks. Every drink had owners name yelled out. 15 minutes later, they finally get to mine. The guy brings it to the counter. Looks at my name, then says the names of the drink. So I ask, what's the name. He looks again and says Crazy. I say, is my name, just like every other name you hollered out. My name is on the drink. And they wonder why I won't tip. You can't say my name, you don't deserve a tip..My name is on my account, or it wouldn't be on the damn drink. It's also on my credit card, that paid for this overpriced non customer service locations. If has to stop. Just like the tipping did. More hr training needed at this location. If the name is on the ticket, who the hell are you to decide if I want my name called by the drink I order... ???

The food was good, except for my iced brown sugar shaken espresso. I asked for little ice but that’s bad. the person who gave me the food was rude. And this is not the first time having bad thing.

This Starbucks has came a long way. Used to hate it and now it’s my favorite. However, it would be nice if they could stay up to date on marking items out. I often have to wait in line just to get to the speaker and then continue to wait in line to get a refund because they don’t have in stock what the app for their location says. I have no other issues at any other Starbucks regarding this. If it says they have it, they do. So it’s definitely a migrated issue.

The food is nice like any restaurant, but the service is awful. About 5 times if had a mobile order and waited like 30 minutes just for them to say there out! The place feels very nasty and there’s a lot of trash. Also my drinks look very sloppy. Sometimes I’ll have no toppings or they’ll all be on the side almost all of it not on top, but in the bottom of the drink! Sometimes multiple things I asked in my drink, or just come with the drink will be missing. It’s also very hard to get a barista to help me with these issues. If I’m paying 4-12 dollars for a cup of coffee, I’m expecting it to be decent!

Who doesn't love Starbucks? Their game is consistency. Sometimes, they are out of the baked goods that you want, and that's a bummer. But the employees are always nice here and it just feels like a fun little treat. I love all the seasonal offerings and the vibe check is 100.

This Starbucks was quick! I was in and out in under 3 minutes. Granted, it was 6AM, but I was still impressed! I love the new pumpkin chai - it is delicious! And the egg bites are a great gluten free option.Dietary restrictions: Most of the coffees and toppings are gluten free. There are not many gluten free food options, but they do have a gluten free knock off rice crispy or their egg bites. It’s a decent enough option when traveling and there isn’t much else to choose from!

I have not returned to this Starbucks since the new one popped up by Walmart on I35 because the service here is horrendous. I ordered in person with my bf and they took 45 minutes to make 4 drinks. They didn't even call my name for the last drink which of course was mine out of the four for my family. So my hot drink was cold and had a disgusting flavor. They employees were literally bullying us and calling us names. I'm so disgusted with the staff working that night shift.

The coffee is great but the staff are extremely boring. They look insanely sick of their job. They're super rude. This is why Dutch Bros is better.
