Ordered Mocha from partner at register inside. Mocha was left in area designated for "mobile orders". Barista never bothered to call out any names. Customers standing around bewildered. Store atmosphere turning smaller with similarity to a DMV. No one seemed to care. 26 OCT 24

They never have the food you order. I can order my drink 20 minutes early and it still not be ready when i get there. Workers will just stare at you while you are waiting for your order to be made and when you ask them where the rest of your order is at they always give some bogus response and it's another 10 minute wait. I watched one person run around like crazy making drinks while a girl was STANDING THERE wiping a bottle with a rag .... For 10 minutes! If I'm paying $10 for a latte then I'm changing my location to somewhere else. Don't waste your time.

Why does this store never have cold brew and 6 employees joking and laughing while people wait to place orders? No less than the third time coming to this location they did not have cold brew at the start of the day.

They are fast, friendly, and thorough. My drinks were made perfectly with all my custoizations.

Stood there for 5 minutes waiting to pick up two door dash deliveries and was never acknowledged. Was looked at but never acknowledged. No one even smiled the whole time I stood there horrible setvice

the people always make the place, although obviously understaffed all the girls working were very sweet and helpful. Makayla was so patient and answered all my questions about the fall drinks, which were super yummy, I recommend the non-dairy apple chai. A pretty solid Starbucks overall

I am a regular for iced matcha latte and go with oat milk and light ice. Looking at it immediately I felt something different but the server insisted he used oat milk but it did not seem like, I contented it but he insisted he used . Also the ice was half the cup, no where it men’s light ice,,,very disappointed, would never visit this store again. Adding the pic for reference on how much ice he used.

Always a good cup of coffee. They need to work on making their undertows better. The barista that made mine obviously didn't know how and I was in the drive-thru so I took it as is.

The Frapuchino was the worst i ever had today .no.flavor .
The bread was regular .and they want me to pay the price of a Venti in a Grande Coffee. I wont come back in a long time to see if Coffee will be better

Quick service

Restroom was gross and there was NO toilet paper, I ordered the new summer lemonade refresher as I've never had it before and I didnt like it. I let the girl in the front know and asked to switch it out for the strawberry acai which cost $2 less and she said I'd have to buy another. I've been able to switch my drink out at other locations and they were more than happy to do it. She was obviously done with her day. Customer service needs work!! @ around 1:10pm on June 29, 2024.
