Lol tried to walk in at 4:48pm and was rudely told that they were closed for a meeting…clearly a well run business 🙄

Seriously, who does that!?

$3 for water. That’s a bit much.

If the weather's nice you can hangout outside. Otherwise, don't plan on staying.
Inside seating is like your in school again.
It's the new way for Starbucks (Don't come inside and bother us. Just use the drive-thru or grab your drink and leave us alone)

Absolutely BLOWN AWAY by the experience I had here!
The supervisor—Kaetlyn (the Asian one)—is an absolute powerhouse of kindness and professionalism. From the second I walked in, her energy lit up the room. She’s not just sweet—she’s next-level, out-of-this-world, unforgettable sweet. I felt genuinely welcomed, valued, and taken care of every single moment I was there.

This wasn’t just good service—it was elite-tier, gold-standard, best-of-the-best hospitality. I’m already texting everyone I know: “You NEED to check this place out and ask for Kaetlyn!”

10/10. No—100/10.
I’ll be back. Again. And again. And again.

Was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks not only did the refuse to let me buy what I was getting the lady in the drive threw told me she was to busy and don’t feel like walking over and grabbing what I wanted to order …. She was the blonde on the drive through at 8:20 this morning she was very rude and disrespectful!!!! I go every morning and get the same thing I’ve never seen her before either so for her to look at a paying customer and say no I’m not selling it to you because I’m busy and don’t feel like grabbing it when I’m Litterly looking at it next to her and I say that and then she says oh yeah where out but yet there is a stack right next to you so close I could Litterly grab it my self !!!!!!

Excellent mid day I had to edit my previous review I went in to get a drink the little girl that was fixing my drink that look Asian with the headset on couldn't see her name tag was handling a trash can prior to fixing my drink I told her could you please wash your hands before making my drink she replied I was holding the cans by the side I had to tell her it doesn't matter it's still a trash can I will never come here again.

I am a frequent flyer of Starbucks. This was by far the worst Starbucks experience I have ever had! Apparently every single person there was allergic to customer service. Took a few minutes to even get someone to take our order, and when she did it was clear she was extremely inconvenienced by having to do her job. There was no “hello” “how are you” nope, “what can I get you”. Did anyone smile? Absolutely not! You don’t need to love your job to do a good job. Management really needs to do more training apparently. Oh, and don’t you dare ask them to put something in your drink that you paid for. She barely looked at me the entire time and didn’t say a word! So disrespectful!
