I went In and order a coffee with cream, they had to brew coffee so it was a little wait which is perfectly fine. There was a lady in there who was so pleasant, she noticed me waiting asked me my name and what I got, looked for my order told me what was going on and presented me with my coffee when it was done and a little coupon for next time since I had to wait. She really went above and beyond and made my day!
I can go there any time of the day and still get the best hello and hey when you walk in the door. The staff are so amazing there. Makes my day even better hearing them say hi or just the smallest small talk from them and so helpful even if you mess up your order they still will fix.
FAVORITE LOCATION!!! cubed iced instead of the pellet ice everywhere else makes the shake expressos better. The employees are also so nice and patient. Thank you for helping me today!!!!!!!
