Riley went above and beyond for me. I asked if they had a dark roast available, and I mentioned they did not need to make a new batch for me. I would just take any Starbucks coffee, which is all good for me. When I got to the window she said she threw an extra shot in there for me, and that certainly is above and beyond with the customer service.
Another five star Starbucks location. There have only been a couple ( just 2 ) that I've been disappointed with out of the at least 100 that I've been to all over the country over the years. ...

Love Love ❤️ ☕️ Best employees at 281 & 1604 They know your name and they are so friendly. The one at Brookhollow is so rude and never greets you with a smile or says hi. It's like you're an inconvenience. So I just LOVE the girls at 281 & 1604 at Legacy Village.

I had a FANTASTIC experience today at Starbucks. Everyone was so professional and kind that they brightened my day. The whole team Myra, Carly, Maddie, Colby, Jessi, Jasmine, and Breanna are AMAZING! God bless them!

Maddie at the drive-thru is so kind and attentive! There were SO MANY PEOPLE inside and in the drive-thru line this morning. Regardless, she sounded like a pro taking my order. Cool, calm, and collected. I didn’t feel rushed and she made me feel important instead of just another customer taking forever to order that the window. MADDIE ROCKS! thanks for putting a smile on my face. :)))

Shouldn't have to ask for no whipped cream on a non-dairy drink; and definitely didn't ask for the rude attitude - OR the dairy drink!!
