The workers this morning (4/17/24) were ROCKING it! Give them a raise! They had my drink made in no time, had tons of other drinks lined up, and were busy working on making more. Yet, they still took the time to wish me a good day! And my drink was actually correct! Great way to start my day.

If this isn't the slowest starbucks in the world, everybody at the other place should be fired! This happens every time I visit this location. I could see my drink being ready and the barista was just ignoring the fact that it was there talking to other employees. These employees are the same ones that were located at the Bellmead location, which also their customer service was unacceptable.

Went in to pick up a mobile order for a friend as a favor I have never been to Starbucks nor know how they do things just a favor for a friend. I did not go through the drive thru because it was so long so I went Inside to pick up the order I went to the hand off Noone spoke to me there were at least 3 people I made eye contact with and not one of them spoke to me meanwhile speaking and greeting and asking other customers what's the name there waiting on. So about 5 minutes pass and i wait to see if the name gets called it doesnt so i go to the front counter and Noone goes there either to even see what I wanted for a couple minutes then the same girl comes that's Been over at the drink making station and says oh its been in drive thru after standing in there for 10 minutes for one drink. Terrible. This is why i am not a Starbucks customer!

Getting out of the parking lot can be tricky if the drive-through line is long. Service is usually pretty quick.

I've actually never been to Starbucks before, so I asked the cashier if they had any fair trade coffee, she said, "It's all fair trade, but not organic..." and started going on and on about some problem with sourcing organic, until I finally interrupted and said, "I asked about fair trade, I never said the word 'organic'," but she just continued going on and on and on and on about organic. It was hard to get her to confirm that all their coffee was really fair trade because she just really wanted to talk about organic. Coffee was reasonably priced, they let me use my own container, and even gave a 10¢ discount for my bringing my own. I checked the website and found this article about their fair trade sourcing: Stupidly, there is no date on the article, so that's strike one. Second, a line in the article says, "It is our goal that by 2015, 100% of our coffee will be sourced this way." And that line is still up there NINE years later, in 2024. Did they meet their goal? Who knows. Does not inspire confidence.

Leaving one star because I have to. I drove 15 miles to get to this Starbucks which says on Google to be open til 10, only to get there at 9:15 and them be closed. Bad first impression. Waste of gas and time.
