They're never open when they're website says they are. Not sure whats the problem. But the Ice cream is good.
Don't get the dragons breath... it is Capt Crunch under nitrogen for $8 a cup. Just saying. Cool concept though
Started with poor service, and disgusting clogged bathrooms. Then we got our ice cream and the milk was soured and it tasted awful. The dragons breath is just captn crunch with liquid nitrogen. Major let down. Get your ice cream somewhere else.
Works seem to want to laugh and goof off instead of taking orders and shakes are only 3/4 full
Everything tasted great. The portions to me was a little small. The small and medium turned out about the same.

We stood in line for a long time only for the young girls to walk over to us as we were near the counter and tell us they could not serve us. Very poor customer service !
I came almost a hour after opening time and the doors were locked. This is not the first time this has happened as last time I came 2 hours after opening and the employee had not finished setting up and told us to come back. As well as another time when I came before closing and they had closed 40 minutes early. Very unreliable and poor customer service.
Update 9/9/25 I decided to give the business another chance because I truly like the ice cream however I got there at 2:15 a hour after the posted 1:15 opening time and the doors were still locked. I would understand if there was a note on the door explaining why they can not open on time but there is nothing. I am very disappointed at the constant lack of the shop being open at the posted hours.
