We tried this place recently. We honestly thought it would have been a better experience, especially for the price. The staff were very unenthusiastic and boring when we thought we were paying for a special event for our littles to enjoy. Very lackluster experience. For a small 1 topping ice cream, a small 2 topping ice cream and a large Italian ice with no toppings, it somehow costed us $36. The smalls very extremely small. The ladies behind the counter looked depressed and had their phones out several times. They provided no guidance or suggestions even though we said we were trying this place for the first time. In fact, they never reponded or communicated in any way at all except to tell us the total price at the end. We were all smiling after a great day out but after going here we felt wiped of joy. Would have been better off getting 3 ice creams out somewhere for $10. Husband and I agreed that it was not worth going back. We are not sure how the place has such great ratings. Very underwhelming. Set your expectations lower if you wish to stop by this ice cream shop. Go to Heritage Creamery instead.

Both orders were nothing what it said on the premix order…terrible…out of products halfway through making it and one of the employees didn’t even know how to make anything

The ice cream was great. Tons of variety in flavor combinations. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

Dietary restrictions: They offer Italian ice which would be a good option for people with lactose intolerance.

Went in to Sub Zero this past Wednesday, me and my family had a good time with some amazing ice cream. Had this one amazing worker, she was super nice and was quick with making our ice cream. Im pretty sure her name was kailyn or something along the lines of that.

I have a severe peanut allergy. I asked the guy working if they use different utensils between each batch, he looked at me and laughed. I have never been laughed at about that before. Then told me "yes" but I could obviously see that they just dunked the scoop in below to "clean" it. They say that they can provide a "allergy safe" and inclusive experience but they quite obviously cannot. Don't go here.
