Are you kidding? This ice cream make your own with bases and toppings and all kinds of healthy choices (and not) is amazing. The best part is watching the nitrogen clouds billow up from the hose as they freeze your special ice cream. Do you want to come back for every special occasion or just an ice cream craving. It is not cheap but you get what you pay for.

They were so unprepared i waited for 30 min and they didn't know what they were doing with the nitrogen cans so i left and didn't get my ice cream and they never said sorry.
Stopped by on Sunday, no customers anywhere. The girl was sitting on a barstool on her phone, she didn’t even greet us. She stood up after a few moments and walked in the back, chatted with another female and drank some water. The never came out of the back until we we’re starting to leave. Find an ice cream spot that wants your business, cause this one DOES NOT!

Most disappointing ice cream experience I’ve ever had. Waited approximately 30 minutes in line to get partially frozen, flavorless “ice cream.” The idea behind it is cool but the logistics and the final product made this experience not fun. It was also pretty pricey for the amount you get. You’re better off going to Three Spoons or Baskin Robbins. At least you’ll leave there satisfied by your treat.

I've tried this type of ice cream at a similar place in Fort Worth. Wasn't especially excited about it. Tried this place, and Wow! What a difference. I had the Tropical Turbine and loved it! It was extremely creamy, fruity, and refreshing. The young ladies who waited on us were really great as well.

Their product was good.But the customer service was awful. 2 of the 3 young ladies working today were terrible. Very rude attitude and snobby. 1 complained about her job the whole time while serving us.
