I love the food at this subway, however i always see one employee working. This SLOWS down the service especially during lunch hour, the employee Sebastian working there does his very best and is always kind! But the line can get very long and it would be much more efficient with at LEAST 2 employees there!!! ITS ABSOLUTELY ABSURD. This must be some type of violation.
Everything was as expected. Sandwich was good and service was good.
Pro tips:
-would be nice to have tissues in Bathroom, not just dryers

Deplorable. Unfortunately the owners are horrible people and can’t apply decent service. Selfish and disrespectful in the highest degree. They know exactly why too. Shame!!!! Great gas station on the front side of the building though! Kind and informative. As a college campus you hope young ones are taken care of… steer clear of this establishment.

Try to place an order that was going to take about 30 to 35 minutes. Couldn’t do it just because there was only one person serving. We wasted about 10 minutes making phone calls to ask for help. I could have wait another 20 minutes to an hour he refused service. Waste of time here.

I had the unfortunate experience of visiting the Subway store located in Exxon, Waco, and it was a complete disaster from start to finish. The staff seemed more interested in interrogating customers about their toppings preferences than actually preparing decent sandwiches. It's mind-boggling that they would prioritize questioning customers over actually making edible food.To add insult to injury, despite ordering online while physically in the store to take advantage of a supposed offer, the sandwiches we received were an absolute abomination. They were devoid of any semblance of flavor, tasting like nothing more than a pile of raw vegetables hastily thrown between two pieces of bread.The chicken sub was no better, lacking any seasoning or sauce to speak of. It's like they took a chicken breast straight from the freezer, slapped it on some bread, and called it a day.Overall, this Subway store deserves a big fat zero stars for their abysmal service, lackluster food quality, and complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Save yourself the disappointment and go elsewhere for your sandwich fix. I'm attaching a vegetable sub picture as well which we had in our car.

He was finishing an order with one person in front of me.The worker was like I’m slammed so after the person in front of me, I’ll have to wait 15 mins to be served.I don’t know if something was going on or buddy was racist but there was no one behind me. No reason to make me wait 15 mins with no explanation.

Each time I go here the food tastes weird and the customer service is very lacking. My last and final visit I had to wait for this chatty young man to finish talking to his friends while he ignored me. Very rude and I will not be coming back.
