My food was awful the worker had an attitude. She was rushing because they were busy but the quality she was putting out was awful. Half of what I got on the sandwich was on the paper including the meat and cheese. I was just super disappointed. My family and I eat at subway all of the time and this was the worst experience we have ever had here.

I was just at that location maybe 10 minutes ago I have to say the lady who is working there Yes being by herself she knocked it out of the park I've gone to a lot of subways around Waco I found the one that I'm going to go to from now on

Out of bags, flat bread and provolone cheese. 12 people in store with one employee who was trying to fix orders. 30 minutes to get order. Poor management to leave this lone associate alone with no help or supplies. Shame on you. If I was here I would lock the doors and go home. Not safe to be alone either.

Gave me the wrong sandwich after ordering online. I ordered a steak sandwich and they gave me tuna! The wrong bread too. I mean how do you even get that wrong??? Horrible. One thing they did get right was my pizza. Dont order online from here they don’t pay attention!!

Ordered today and was very disappointed. Sandwiches weren't toasted even though I stated that on my online order and my ft long had onion instead of green peppers in it. I don't eat onion so I had to pick them out. Very little sauce in it as well. Glad I normally order from a different location because this one was not it.
