Stay away. This isn't a Subway. You aren't allowed to get any modifications and they put in a tablet just to cut labor cost and restrict what you can ask for. I don't think the workers are even allowed eye contact. Isn't the point to get it made exactly how you want?
Obvious corporate greed. Give the workers nothing and make sure they know they are nothing but machines that will be replaced when possible. I don't like the idea that the person making my food is probably starving because a successful monolithic company won't pay a fair wage.

Worst service ever in any restaurant ! They are the slowest service I’ve ever seen. There was a guy waiting that honestly I thought he was getting a pick up order— he had been waiting for so long while there were two employees working on a pick up order, but he was waiting to just order. I should have left. It would be faster to drive to another store and they are rude on top of it.

Paid for extra mayonnaise got a squirt I asked for one sandwich to be toasted and even asked on my way out and she said yes I did I come back in because it’s not toasted she said I toasted the bacon the bacon and pepperonis are COLD FREEZING COLD she SAID SHE can’t put it in the oven because it went out the door. UNDERSTANDABLE so I ask for a remake I just paid 16$ on this and she refuses to remake the sandwich when I specifically asked for it toasted. Your employees are liars and do not do their job to the fullest extent.
