I will drive to a different city to eat at Subway before I spend my money at the one on North 19th again. I have experienced rudeness and the lack of knowledge to honor sales and coupons advertised by Subway several times at this particular restaurant before. However, I disregarded it because everyone has had a bad day in life and I believe in second chances.
This particular time was just too much for me to turn the other cheek and continue spending hard earned money at Subway on North 19th St. Instead, I chose turn the next corner, travel a different path and eat at a restaurant that appreciates their customers.
My family and I are frequent, paying customers and we do not deserve nor do we have to accept rude customer service. Right is right and wrong is wrong, there is no in between when it comes to treating your customers like garbage. It is unacceptable and my family and I refuse to accept it!

Misleadingly, the phone number listed on the front door as Kevin Allen’s actually just goes directly to the in store phone apparently, whether you choose to Dial 2 or not… what is the point of the option if there isn’t really an option?
I was already prepared to complain that the men’s restroom has no lock whatsoever, and that its sink’s water pressure is dangerously high, but then on my way out the door the bored underpaid lonely girl running the counter paused her phone call to say “sir?” “Yes?” “Um, you need to pay for your refill.” “Okay, how much?” “…………..” “Even though it’s just water?” “Um, yes. ‘Cause it’s your own cup.” “Okay, how much?” “…………” “y’all got water cups don’t ya?” “………..” “okay, I’m outta here.”
She continued her phone call so I left. Screw this store.
Funnily enough, the store just tried returning my call, hah. No thanks!

I just left this establishment. The women working this afternoon were very nice and hospitable. They were so kind enough to turn the ceiling fans off, so I wasn't too cold while dining in. They proceeded to turn them on when I left the establishment while wishing the a Blessed Day! I will continue to dine at this establishment with this lively atmosphere. I enjoy watching coworkers get along to get through the job easier. Great Job, Ladies. Sorry I didn't get their names.

I ordered online at 2012 and my pickup time was 2030. I didn’t get my food until 2051. I always have the same order, a subway club or an outlaw. Both are completely different in quality than I’ve gotten previously from this store. The meat is dry like it’s been sitting out, the toppings are scarce and all of the cheese is in the middle of the sandwiches. Maybe they were training new employees or something but the quality is way off.
