Not giving me what I paid for thru delivery when my receipt clearly shows what I had itemized, was not the first time they did that and I keep going back after the night crew steals on the weekend. All good tho.

This is just sad to even report. The was a young lady, obviously her 1st job, making sandwiches. I promise, it took 10mins to make 1 & I needed 2. Poor child! The other team members were in the back. No one came to assist. She was slow. She was timid. Spoke in a whisper. Cmon Subway!! Horrible. Sat, Dec 7th approx 1p

This place needs to stop investing in whatever their investing in and really start focusing on customer service and how to serve food proportion wise. To get a gallon of marinara sauce with a 6-inch meatball sub just ain't right it's messy and we can't even hold the damn bread because it's so soggy. It should be standard practice we shouldn't even have to ask for something as simple as that for them to do to make our experience worth it foods way too expensive not to enjoy. And I really make it to where you can't even enjoy nor even eat your food without making a mess and it's not like they are paying the cleaning bill. And then when you call and tell them the little four-year-old on the other side of the phone is whining and acting like we give a s*** if it wasn't them or not. It was Subway so way as a whole don't know nobody know the sandwich man's name and don't know nobody care it's just everybody's called the subway guy. Mentally weak ass people...

Ordered online on Tuesday the 22nd for Clayton and stormy, and my tuna sandwich had nothing I ordered on it! Plus our sandwiches where sheisty small with no weight...It's insane how people order online and just because we aren't there put what the hell they want in it if they even feel like it at all!!!! It was two Caucasians a boy and female at around 12pm... I heard they always mess up sandwich orders and they don't care to check them.... corporate needs to know

This place is so ghetto the veggies are old the workers are unprofessional and even when orders are called in and ordered through door dash they stand around and play. Managers need to be checking cameras and correcting their workers

Be prepared for gnats, flies and crickets. Not a good experience or response from management when I submitted a survey. Not only my sandwich but also those in front of me as well had multiple gnats landing on it. Even sitting at the table there were flies, more gnats and at least a handful of crickets in the bathroom.

went about an hour ago worker names Kathy and another employee there were arguing the whole time about orders being made wrong or they were just point fingers causing a scene while trying to complete online orders . Lobby was full as well everyone waited a good 15 minutes before anyones order being taken .

Flies everywhere, food line dirty, no cover on area where sandwiches were not being prepared, bathrooms are disgusting, hair everywhere on the floor, blood on the toliet seat, the base of the toliet looks like it hasn't been cleaned all year, your work area is a representation of you so please, tighten up

Good food. This lady is taking 10-15 minutes to make one sandwich. She is pretty old but ive been waiting here for about 30 minutes. Completely unprofessional and dissatisfied customer. Not sure of the name due to the fact that i walked out after 40 minutes of waiting. And its not just me there is 8 other people in line waiting for food. Several people have walked out already. Im really confused on whats taking so long. Its not that hard to make a sandwich in under 5 minutes.

The poor ONLY worker that was working (mixed boy) was so sweet while he had a line full of people! While his other co worker was just having a conversation messing around talking to some guy that was acting crazy trying to fight the mixed boy because he was looking at the lady that wasn’t helping him!!!! Then he proceeds to call the mixed boy out and wants to fight him. Poor mixed boy clocked out and was about that action! I left mid way while the lady finally had to start helping because what theee fuuuuu???? What is wrong w these workers!!! Mr. lightskin deserves a raise an he does not need that job!!!! He deserves better! Subway please get it together!!!!! The day is Sunday June the 9th. It is 3:34 PM. Hopefully the regional manager sees this! This is not okay!

The kid working there apparently doesn't know what red wine vinaigrette is. He argued with my wife then proceeded to drench the sandwich in the wrong dressing and refused to make it the correct way. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Go to literally any other subway location, but avoid this one at all cost.

Store is great but it has a weird employee. Last time I was there he asked me why I always come there. Before that he was making weird jokes. I noticed he does this to a lot of other customers. I wonder how many other people feel the same about this guy. Totally thinking about not going back until that weird guy is gone.
