I just want to give an AWESOME customer service shout out to your employee Mr. RUSSELL (may not have name spelled correctly) but we go to establishments as a family of 5 and he was so patient and carried great conversation. He needs a raise or recognition! Yall go see Mr. RUSSELL!

I ordered online I few times and had good and bad experience. I must say I have to give props to R.J. He is always super helpful and nice. He is the reason after a bad experience I still order from there.

Ordered the beast with 50% more meat and this is what we got
I love being able to grab a sandwich at Subway. The servers seemed a little disconnected. I received my sandwich, but they were not excited to make it for me.

Bought a chicken sandwich and chicken smelled spoiled. I took one bite and had to spit that right out. Waste of money. Never stopping at this location again.

My wife enjoyed her pizza, and my sandwich was prepared to order. However, my lady was displeased by the disposition and attentiveness of the preparers. Neither of us was satisfied by the drink offerings. Fuze Tea was absent. Lemonade was actually water. The sweet tea was exceedingly dilute and practically unsweetened.

3/7/23 630pm- awful experience. The employees are not customer friendly. They were out of ingredients. The employee with long ponytail gagged and projected saliva out of his mouth over the food when changing out the tuna fish. Then he was on his phone and making food without changing his gloves.Then the employees turn up the music so loud we were unable to have a conversation.
So freaking good and God damn did I get some fresh cookies today.
Jesse was great! With all the new menu options he gave me suggestions on what he likes. It's funny, I've never had the sweet onion teriyaki sub before and Jesse suggested I try it (after suggesting the new Philly first). I did and loved it! He even circled back with me to see what I thought! I know it's silly but just that little bit of chit-chat made me want to write a positive review of this location! Thank You Jesse and Team!!!
