Don’t go in to order at lunchtime…you get to stand in line and watch while three Subway workers make sandwiches for orders taken online. About every five or six online orders made, the first worker asked the person in line what they want and then makes another online order. Then you get to watch more online sandwiches get made. I actually feel sorry for the workers… they don’t make eye contact they just look at the screen and then down at their work. I like subway. I just won’t stop in at lunch. I’ll order online. 🤣🤣🤣

Came in worker acted like she hated her life. No one was in line and was starred at for over a minute finally got a ham bacon and pepper jack. Worker put an absurd amount of cheese. Heated it up and instead of re doing a sandwich that was falling apart due to cheese melting all over it worker ROLLED my ham sandwich like a burrito. Have never ever seen any location do this including this store. Why roll a sandwich like a burrito. Of all things a ham and bacon sandwich. Will 100% be sticking to jersey mikes that is 2x as cheap and customer service is always on point come in and they are smiling. Took every polite bone in my body to be courteous to worker and wish them a good day. If this ever happens again will refuse to pay until another actual sandwich has been made after all yall makes sandwiches not burritos. Usually get a cookie and more items but was in a rush to leave after the customer service.Asked about options on soup and the girl helping me with my order ignored me so there co worker answered for them keep in mind yall had no one in line and I was getting one sandwich with a worker yall have had at this location sense at least 2020 This location used to always be super busy can see why its business is dwindling.

Food was great lady was rude. She accused me of stealing a coke. I held up the bag with sandwich in it, on the counter top and she says I don’t need to throw it. It is a 5 inch ledge if I threw it, it would have fallen off then she calls me rude and I was shocked. Then I said umm I get the same thing every day and the coke is on the receipt and she says never mind because she didn’t want to deal with it. I now know why there were 4 employees and no customers. I am a regular but honestly since she has been rude twice I won’t go back.

My husband ordered a sandwich from here online. He showed them the order number and proof that his bank account was charged. The store claimed to have no receipt of his order and refused to make him a sandwich and told him he needed to contact his bank about a refund? This was coming from the Manager... I'm not sure what kind of logic it is to have your customer showing you an online order number and also showing you the bank account was charged and then to look at him and say they didn't get an order and wouldn't make him his sandwich?

The laziest location you will encounter. Ordered online to pickup, wasn’t ready at promised time. I walk in to see one of my sandwiches sitting open faced, dressed, ready to be wrapped. Instead of just finishing wrapping the sandwich, he left it there and went to help a walk in customer, even though Hailee was doing nothing. So watched him make someone else’s order while my meatball grew soggier by the minute. After the 7 minute torture of watching, he wrapped my sandwich and proceeded to make the other two items. Of course they had no multigrain bread either, they only had 2 to choose from. I specifically asked for my pizza to be cut in four on the online instructions and the effort put in to cut it is comical, see photo :) also, apparently their toaster is broken because no cheese was melted, thought that was weird.

We placed an online order and got notified that it was ready. When we arrived our food was not ready. I had to wait in the store 15 minutes before it was even done. The woman working said she was the only one there even though there was two other employees making other customers orders. They finished the customers sandwiches that walked in after me before finishing my online order. She even walked into the back instead of helping the customers that came in behind me. I don't know if she was training and was over worked but this was definitely the worst experience we have ever had at this subway. Please get the help your staff needs to make your customers happier.
