Placed an online order for pick up and specifically asked for lots of taco sauce at pick up they stated it was in bag I get home and there’s not one sauce and 3 tacos missing so here we are eating dry ass tacos and half our order .. Make sure u check them bags before leaving

Went here and the place is dirty, the restrooms are absolutely DISGUSTING I almost threw up, food was good tho they left the key in the drink machine if I really wanted I could b on some villain shi but I chose peace today all I gotta say is yea focus on food but first impressions and having a welcoming environment is important the only reason we didn't dine in is because we were so disgusted that we didn't even want to sit in there after seeing how nasty it was

I’m not sure if they’re severely understaffed or poorly trained, but waiting over half an hour for an UberEats order seems a little crazy…the restaurant is pretty empty, not many customers here; yet I’m losing so much money waiting when I could be delivering food.
Never had to wait this long on an order; zero updates or communication/apologies from the employees on why it’s taking so long.

We stopped in on the way through town. No one up front and two other customers left.
Staff was nice. One of the salsa packets was nasty, sticky with green sauce all over it! My husband's supreme burrito had mushy meat and kinda flat. My chicken taco salad was good.

They were so kind, me and my family went there and they complimented us and we all shared a laugh over food, they are rlly friendly with kids too!
Kid-friendliness: They complimented one of the kids matching cheez-it shirt and they were so kind throughout our lunch, they even each came along to see it for themselves!

It is a Taco Bell, but I love Taco Bell. This location has great friendly service and the facility is clean. The Taco Supremes and Bean Burritos were fresh and well prepared.

The person at the speaker said they hadn’t received my order yet and asked me to leave and come back in 15 minutes. I don’t understand why they wouldn’t take my order to begin with and I’ve ordered online before and never been asked to leave and come back. I told them to cancel the order.
