Manager was very rude and seemed to enjoy being rude. Food made incorrectly and spent 40 minutes in the drive thru when it wasn't even busy.

I came in to order around 12:40ish on the 14th and when they were done with our order they just tossed it on the counter and walked away no calling our name. We were then missing a burrito when we masked about it the ladies were extremely rude. They ignored us until another lady came back from her break. Two of our three burritos were also made wrong after waiting for the third burrito. We will not be returning and I advise anyone else to go to a different Taco Bell. Any Taco Bell but this one.

I'm a doordashed. This location is filthy. I waited for an hour for a doordashed order. No one ever at the counter and employees seem to concentrate on the drive thru and not the lobby. If they can't handle the lobby it needs to be closed at night. Filthy and non responsive employees. Manager needs to be under review

Ordered 2 boxes with chicken chalupas and beef nachos, both chalupas were so cold, one still had a partially frozen piece of chicken in it. All of my food was cold! When I called to report it no one answered for 30 mins straight… would give -0 stars if I could!

The service is just slow, they were busy but not as busy to where it takes 1 hour and 30 minutes. I place my order for a chicken quesadilla and a bean and cheese burrito. I waited ask questions for how long on my food was going to take and yeah I was never given my order. I don't know what what's going on right there but they kept saying that it'll be out in a minute instead of our arguing I left. I'm highly disappointed on the service be considering I wasn't able to get my food and I wasted 1 hour and 30 minutes of my time when I could be sleeping for my next shift tomorrow.

So 1st of all the staff today 10/19/2025 was the WORST SLOWEST service EVER! Not only did the staff know what planet they were on much less what order they were on. We waited 30 mins only to be refunded and told have a nice day. We won't be coming back to this slow place.
