I believe that their under new management, the staff was so friendly and fast. I’ve been here multiple times and have never had service like this 10/10 I came in 2/1/25 @ 10:30pm

The worst place with the laziest people. Never have I had such poor service. Instead of helping me with the menu, two girls on the intercom both asking me questions so I would hurry up and order. Food was hot but mediocre. I couldn't get over the terrible attitudes I would NEVER eat here again nor would I recommend my friends to eat here.
Parking: Might be the bad people buy it certainly has a empty parking lot. Plenty of spaces to park in.

Very rude people. Wouldn't replace an order that was wrong. When called got cursed at and hung up on 3 times. Had to call another taco bell to get the general managers name. For sure would not recommend this taco bell to anyone. It's always been filthy inside. Poor quality food. Thrown together. Very rude workers. Only reason we went to that location is bc the other one on valley Mills drive was out of the item we wanted. If I could give zero stars I would but it made me at least give one.

The service was horrible. The lady taking the order acted like she would rather be anywhere else. She was to worried about being rude she messed half our order up. They really need to work on their customer service and told us they could do nothing about our order even though the worker messed it up. Highly would not recommend.

Went to this location the woman saw me standing outside I was in a utility vehicle that would not fit through the drive-thru pass their open time and she ignored me and would not let me in to order my food then I walked up to the drive-thru screen and they proceeded to ignore me
