The window girl is very rude. No friendly customer service, not even eye contact. I wanted mild sauce & they gave me like 15 hot sauces. Pissed off customer & a waste of $ & product for the business.

Asked for 2 bean and rice burritos with no onions and they gave me both of those burritos with onions When I’m deathly allergic
Stop in for lunch, something was wrong with the Tortillas they tasted of old grease. The taste ruin the burrito, the Mexican pizza and reg taco not sure what happen but the whole taste was off

Let’s get something straight. This location is complete hit or miss. I will NEVER go inside to get my food again. The young Asian woman who works the drive thru when I usually come is incredibly kind, understanding, and fast working. Besides that, this place is ridiculous. I made an online order on my lunch break and came to pick it up in the store 10 minutes later. It was NOT a large order by any means. I got there and the place was not very busy. I got told I was in “the queue” and my order would be ready shortly. While waiting, I got to experience being stared at and side-eyed while my order was being made. They also wanted to talk out loud about what was in my order, poking fun at the fact I had to change up some ingredients in the order because of my food allergies. It was extremely embarrassing and demeaning. Oh, and 40 minutes. It took me 40 minutes to get an order for one person and a drink. They also did not tell me it was ready. I had to go to the counter, go through a disordered group of bags and find one with my name, and walked out.
Everytime I visit thos location and order anything fried, Like chips and cheese or Mexican Pizza, you can taste the oil they fried it in has gone bad

They didn't spread out the ingredients in the burrito. I don't want one bite to be tomatoes and one to be sour cream. The place wasn't even busy.
