Messed up on my ordered 2 times, I asked for Meat and cheese ONLY both times and they still put the spicy sauce on them. I dont understand how you can mess up on the most simple order.

Was picking up a mobile order, they said it wasn’t there anymore but they already made it and wouldn’t be making it again and they didn’t know what to tell me. So, anyone can walk up and take anyone’s order and they won’t take accountability? Cool. While I was waiting, I saw them give the wrong order to the wrong person at the drive thru and not even attempt to stop the car from driving away to correct their mistake. Clearly this carelessness is just the culture at this location.

Beans were so thick you couldn't even stir them. Chili cheese burrito had maybe 2 tablespoons of chili and no cheese as far as I could tell. 5 layer burrito either had no meat or so little meat you couldn't taste it, no sour cream and a tiny smear of cheese on one end. Tacos had so little cheese you could literally count the individual pieces. Unless you only want to eat basically tortilla go to any other taco bell besides this one.

The only reason I’m leaving a review is because the girl taking orders in drive through was such a sweet heart. (Black hair long and Hispanic) other than that this place doesn’t have a good reputation in Hewitt. It’s known to have managers smoking (not cigarettes ) in parking lot.

I've been to this location a few tines in the last 15 years, and it used to be ok when we first moved here. But every time in the last 6 or 7 years the food has been horrible. Today I ordered a chicken taco and a chicken quesadilla. The quesafilla was so cold I had to microwave it, and the chicken taco didn't have chicken, it had beef. I ate it, it was fine. The problem is no one there cares about the customers, the food, or the service. It's no wonder the place is almost empty at lunch time. It's Taco Casa for me from now on.
I've never gone to this location before and I'm glad for that. Our 5 layer burrito only had cheese and beans and the person in drive thru was completely spaced out. We had to remind them w we ordered drinks. We were handed one and they closed the window. Once we got their attention they finally gave us our second drink. Just very poor service and food.
