I had my son go inside to pick up a order mind you there were no cars in the Drive-through at the time and while sitting outside 5 cars went through the drive through while we waited in our food you people need to not push drive-through times on people so much and make the orders as they come in not just worry about a drive through time it’s ridiculousness what yall set as expectations for a drive-through and not serve a human correctly on the inside

I ordered a burrito and sweet tea. I find this at the bottom after taking a drink. Disgusting.

Good food and service but they previously forgot the cinnamon twists side entirely my first time there and then today I only got 22/24 Cinnabon Delights :/ not a big deal but I was trying to split them with my mom and sister so it came out uneven. Still tastes good just make sure to double check your order before driving off.

Waited 27 minutes for our to go order. Ordered crunchy chicken taco received soft chicken taco. Ordered no beans on 5 layer burrito, received more beans than any other ingredients. Took so long to receive my INCORRECT order to even try to have it fixed. Worst Taco Bell location EVER.

We have been to this location twice, and both times, they have messed up our orders. I would understand if they had been busy, but both times there was one other couple in there. No one in the drive-through. The first time we came, the guy behind the counter was really nice and very helpful. This time, the girl working acted like we were interrupting her time.

It was quiet, we were the only people there except for another person who came in as we were finishing up our food. We ordered and sat down, it didn't take much longer after we filled our drinks that our order was ready. They were out of an item we ordered off the kiosk and asked if we wanted an equal value replacement/substitution. We chose more cinnamon bites. The staff who interacted with us was friendly and helpful. This is usually my go-to lunch restaurant if I'm in china spring.

Vegetarian options: There's a vegetarian logo, and a vegetarian option/section on the self serve kiosk.

Dietary restrictions: Lots of dairy options but most can be removed/unincluded. I'm not sure one can go fully gluten free here though as there's a lot of starchy, bready foods. Maybe a taco salad?

Parking: Small parking lot, but the spaces were easy to pull in and out of since it wasn't busy at the time I was there.

Kid-friendliness: There's small portions you can order for kids but it doesn't look like there's any special place for kids to play or a dedicated kids menu.

Wheelchair accessibility: The doors open easily, all entrances are ramped, there's plenty of removable chairs, self serve kiosks, and low countertops.

So clean and modern. They have downsized the hot sauce packets though. Ask for twice as many as you think you need.

I wish I remembered the guy working the register (11/19/24 probably around 10pm), he was the nicest employee I've come across in a long time!! My sister and I both commented on how he went above and beyond what you normally find at a FF restaurant. Hopefully, he sees this compliment.
(I'm sure the food was good too, I'm just one of those weird plant based people that don't eat fast food 🤣, but this is where the group wanted to go).
