This is a taco truck. A good one at that. My favorite items have been the steak and fries burrito 🌯, steak tacos, tacos al pastor. The burritos are massive; well worth the price. In my opinion there are only 2 good places in the area to grab good Mexican food and this is one of them. Love the fact you can wait in your vehicle for the food and take it to go if you’re not in the mood for dine in. Little gem of a taco spot for China Spring!

They have the best tortas! I have ever had!! since my mother and my grandmother, who have passed? It's hard for me to find good food again. When I first had it, I teared up, it reminded me being back at home. In the 80s and 90s On Lexington and Memorial Dr. (SouthWaco) moving back home, finding that familiarity, it was here. I always come here and I recommend everybody come here!

They caterer a quinceanera at the Anboretun I went to today.
They are slow, slow, and slow on catering 100 people
Had to stand in line for over an hour to get our food.

My husband and I love this place. The food is good and the people are super nice. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is I wish they’d add more onion and cilantro, the meat added is a little skimpy and the salsa isn’t as hot as I’d like. Other than that the food tastes delicious! We will def be returning more than once!

I order from here all the time. The proportions, flavor, and overall food quality are some of the best in the Waco area. It’s easily one of the best food trucks out there. I love their asada option, along with red sauce and beans. I love the food here and have even told friends that it’s worth the drive out to China Spring. If you’re looking for an authentic experience, this place is definitely one of the best options out there.

Al pastor burrito was mostly lettuce, over cooked and over salted. Birra tacos were not crunchy and had no reddish color of the juice it's supposed to be fried in, the birra itself was very dry. Cashier was friendly and the flour tortilla itself was good, however I probably won't go back or recommend it.
