The brisket was ridiculously tender, seasoned just right, and you don’t even need sauce (but the sauce is still good). Portions are generous, the sides actually hit(that mac and cheese??). Not cheap, but 100% worth it.

Stopped by this place from Dallas to Austin. Heard a lot about it. Very popular. Cool to see the smokers outside. The parking lot was busy but inside was half empty on a Tuesday night at 8. Bbq was great. I had the brisket and chopped beef. Prices are way too high. $37 for brisket? Com’on man!

We got an order to go since we were a large group and had a vacation rental down the street. We were blown away at how good everything was. All the meats were delicious (we tried brisket, pork ribs, and turkey). The coleslaw and green beans were excellent. The cornbread muffins were warm and moist. We will definitely come back if we are in Waco again.
