Avery at the hostess station appeared very unapproachable and displeased when we came in. It wasn’t even the busiest part of the day. Told my 11-year-old granddaughter and I that the wait would be 10 to 20 minutes, but that we were welcome to sit AT THE BAR, if we didn’t want to wait. I felt that was a totally unacceptable option to suggest with a child included in the party. Overall waitstaff seemed to share the same unhappy disposition. However, the food was good. Music as always, too loud. Front waiting area too congested with people entering, exiting and waiting. The loud music adds to the confusion since patrons can’t hear the waitstaff calling them.

Pretty upset, I ordered a 16 oz ribeye, medium rare, well it was more rare than medium, plus it was very tough, very hard to cut, I just wished I would of told someone but I didn't, which is my fault, won't ever happen again.

We got there a little after opening on a Monday, we only waited for like 1 minute.
Drinks were brought out quick and the food was top notch.
Service was great. I didn’t catch our servers name.
Good chain steakhouse. Prices are reasonable and the food is consistently good.

The last 2 times I’ve been here I have saved a time on the app and checked in and would get the texts to come inside. And both of the 2 times they have tapped my name and expoed me on the wait list. I have waited 30 minutes + just when the wait was 0-10 mins. This is ridiculous and yall need to do better. Put an adult on the host position and not a senior in hs.

I hadn't been to roadhouse in awhile, but I knew on a Sunday they would be busy so I called ahead to see if there was a wait and if so I'd like to reserve one for a party of 8. I was told there was no wait. Arrived 10 mins after my call only to wait an additional 40 mins to be seated. All the while, during my wait, I am watching other groups, which obviously reserved or 2 less ppl in their group be seated. It was a holiday weekend as well, I had family from out of town visiting, which is why I called ahead to verify due to time and the distance my family had to travel to return home. Once we were seated, our waitress was very nice and prompted with getting our order and food while maintaining our drinks and her other tables. This is the reason I gave a 4 out of 5 because the beginning did have me frustrated, but our waitress did accommodate things satisfactory in the end.
