We got 4 sirloin steaks 8 Oz with 2 green beans an rice 1 with rice corn we got fried chicken no rolls I don't know who's it was not mine very disappointed

My take out experience was awful. The staff at the window was absolutely rude and unprofessional. My order was ready for about 20 minutes so I went up to pay and they took my coupon but didn’t take my payment and just closed the window in my face. So I waited for about 10 more minutes, and then asked them if my order was ready and they said yes but they can’t take my payment due to their system being down, and they just kept telling me to wait. At this point I’ve waited for about 40 minutes while my food was just sitting there. So I wanted to cancel my order and get my coupon back and the manager came up and she was so rude and didn’t give the coupon back and proceeded to say “just wait a sec” with an attitude and closed the window AGAIN! Such bad service, a waste of time, rudeness, and they didn’t even give the coupon back after I had cancel my order becuase I was tired of waiting for almost an hour. Absolutely AWFUL customer service!

Awful, disrespectful, neglectful terrible experience. From hostess to servers complete disregard for the guest experience. Excessive wait well beyond the described estimate. Made to move into a queue in a crowded thoroughfare of server traffic called on deck. Rude servers irritated we are where their system told us to be. Inexcusable wait in this second space also. Finally sat, server too behind to give us any time or attention despite being ready to order when shown a table. Dismissed our request to leave us again to another task. No waters for more than 3 minutes. Server never introduced themselves. Another 15 minutes just to give our order. A nightmare of an experience that is supposed to value and appreciate the guest being there to share a meal with family. No follow up or touch at the table for horrendous service from the manager on duty. Long time patron who was so terrible letdown and ruined our family night.

I’ve been to a lot of Texas Roadhouses across the state, and I have to say, Manager Kaitlyn Watson was THE BEST MANAGER ever. My ribeye was perfection and the old fashioned was made exactly how it should be. Keep up the good work KW!

Been there twice in past two weeks. Great food, great service. The prime rib is always great. Never have to ask to take food back because it is cold. We do have on suggestion, turn down the music. The music is so loud so everyone talks decibels higher, thus the noise is overwhelming and very detracting.

Texas Roadhouse is my go to spot for a steak in Waco. The food is consistently good, and the service is always excellent. I normally order a sirloin, but have had all of their cuts of meat at one time or another, and have never been disappointed. They’ve got a great list of appetizers, as well as sides. I typically order the green beans and loaded mashed potatoes. TR is conveniently located, and easily accessible from I-35. You can reserve a table using their app, which will greatly minimize your wait time.
