My review is mostly based on trying to order food to go. Went online and could not get past selecting the location to order from. Called. Yeah. On hold for 5 minutes, they “answered” and heard them talking but no one talked to me. I called again. Got to location . It is 25 minutes to get my food. Informed them I tried to call and I was on speaker w them currently. “I’m so sorry. We r having trouble w the phones. It won’t hang up” So they meant to hang up on me not put me on hold. Ok. That’s better. Lol. Food has been good in past. But to get to that point. Is. The. Worst! Lol. When I come in to eat, service is good. Food is good. To go. Just don’t. I had a gift card so I used it. Edit: check ur order. They do not make sure u have everything. Minimal amount of sour cream. Lol. Just fyi.

Fabulous, quality steaks (sirloin & ribeye) that just melted in our mouths, cooked to perfection. Julia was amazing, catering to our every need, fixing issues that we caused, and making us feel spoiled. (They said she is new, but she's obviously a natural at serving.) We could not have been more pleased and will ask for Julia on our return visits from now on.

Upon arriving, there was a bit of a wait, which was anticipated given the restaurant's popularity, but Zac, our host, made the wait enjoyable with his friendly demeanor and engaging conversation. The anticipation built up as we were seated, and it was well worth it once we started our meal. The menu offers a variety of options, but I settled on a classic steak, and it was cooked to perfection, juicy, and flavorful, exactly as ordered. The sides, especially the loaded mashed potatoes and fresh-baked rolls with cinnamon butter, were simply delightful. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, with a rustic charm that makes you feel right at home. The service was prompt, and Zac checked on us frequently, ensuring we had everything we needed without being intrusive. His recommendations were spot-on, and his attentiveness greatly enhanced our dining experience. Overall, Texas Roadhouse exceeded my expectations with its delicious food, excellent service, and warm ambiance. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal and a fun dining experience. My 8oz sirloin tasted good & so did my garden side salad & greenbeans. It was a little more done than I requested. My medium well was more well done. My friend's medium was more medium well. My first roll plate was dirty. Mine & my friend's cloth napkins were cold and damp. I know things happen, but the person folding the silverware into the napkins should have sent our 2 napkins back to the dryer. It was busy because it was Saturday evening.

Arrived for a 645 reservation at 635, we had a party of 8. They finally sat us down at 725. The 3 Hostess and manager sat 4 larger parties than ours and acted like it was my fault they do not know how to manage.
Very poor customer service, very poor time on updating the progress. A very poor experience all around.
I would be ashamed to have these managers and Hostess representing the company.
