Excellent food, service and atmosphere! Great music too!

We had a great dinner at the BLVD the other night. The food was amazing, as was our service. They got bonus points in our books because my mom with Celiac was able to get a lovely & safe dinner. She always tests her food when it comes out in the case of cross contamination and everything came back safe. We were really impressed and happy to have added a safe restaurant to our list for when they come to visit, we will definitely be back!

Took my wife there for her bday absolutely loved it the food drinks everything was great romantic setting with live piano music definitely will go back .

Absolutely Amazing!

We stopped in late after my son’s Fall Concert and were thrilled to find BLVD still open until 11pm — I’m guessing because it’s attached to the hotel. The food was delicious, the service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was just perfect.

Our server, Cody, was a 17-year veteran mixologist who made me the most incredible Blueberry Old Fashioned with hand-muddled blueberries. Every dish we ordered was a total hit — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.

Everything smelled so good we forgot to take pictures! Highly recommend BLVD to anyone visiting Waco — we’ll definitely be back!

We waited a very long time for our drinks and the wait staff was not attentive. We finally got our food but had no silverware and had to go get our waiter several times, who never came back to our table except to give us our checks, where he patiently waited for us to give our cards. We complained to our waiter several times as it took over 45 mins to get a drink from the bar, how slow our service was, and how disappointed we were in the whole experience but the manager never came and the waiter ignored us. We will not be back. For such an expensive meal I would have expected much better service.

I didn't expect this place inside this hotel. It feels more luxurious than the large chain hotel restaurants. The food is of good quality. It's a little pricey, but it offers a variety of options. These are hidden gems of the town. Highly recommend it.

Everything was great. Our lovely waiter Patrick has a servants heart and was bubbly even at 9am. Great food. The breakfast tacos were very good and so were the pancakes. The bacon was also Smokey and crispy. 5 stars

Very good food. Steaks you can’t get anywhere else. Highly recommended for a nice date night. Prices reflect the high quality so be prepared to spend $75+ minimum per person

Place is beautiful. They offer a brunch but had no bar service, had no whole milk or ice tea. My meal was not prepared as asked and since they served us at the same time I did not bother to send it back. Kinda disappointed

Wonderful atmosphere. Great Bartenders. Live Music. OMG!!! One of the Greatest Piano Players entertaining us while we relax, eat and drink. Only one in Waco doing this. A must to come by and enjoy.

We came for brunch today and had amazing service by Patrick. His energy was contagious and he made sure we had everything we needed. I had the omelette and it was so so good, not to mention the diced potatoes…yum! The water has some taste that doesn’t agree with me but I had club soda instead which was great. Service was quick.
