Nice little place but espresso is not their specialty. My cappuccino was scalding hot, so right off the bat you know the machine is not set right. After it cooled it did taste good. It was a latte though, not a cappuccino.

A home away from home! Visiting from Kansas City. Unbelievably cozy and magical vibe at Thrst Coffee, such a warm family friendly environment. The lattes are so deliciously balanced and smooth, I had the brown sugar latte with oat milk. It was absolutely heavenly! I also ordered an espresso shot and it was served with a cool crisp bottle of mineral water, so yummy! I can't wait to go back the next few days and try the Mexican Mocha and the Hinamom (it's a blend of cardamom, honey, and cinnamon). Got to chat with the owner, Andreas, and one of the lovely baristas, Arvette, who both made me feel so welcome and appreciated. Thank you Thrst Coffee, you are a gem and this community is so lucky to have you! I may just have to make another trip to Waco soon!

Friday night the Thrst Coffee Shop hosted a night of music ( featuring The Waco Street Drummer - Richard Thomas lV ) a paint artist and poets making for a delightful experience. For three hours the patrons were entertained by live music, thought provoking poetry and drank delicious coffee supplied by ,of course ,Thrst Coffee Shop. I had a wonderful time and I will return because this happens every first Friday of the month.
Got a cappuccino for the road and wow. Best cappuccino I have had in a minute. I don’t leave reviews often but definitely come here if you’re considering it.

Would say that this is my favorite coffee shop in Waco right now. Coffee is smooth, everyone was so kind, and I loved the atmosphere. Art was displayed and loved that it wasn't super packed that you had to fight for a spot to sit. Will be back again.
