Tiff's Treats Cookie Delivery

No sense of urgency, forgot about an order I was picking up.

These cookies are heavenly! Today, I am writing about amazing customer service. I ordered cookies for a friend's birthday and Uber Eats left them on the sidewalk (!) well away from the building/office where they should have been. I was so upset and surprised. However, Tiff's Treats responded to my online contact within in minutes and redelivered the next day. My friend got her warm, wonderful cookies and I really appreciate this amazing customer care and support!

I ordered cookies for my wife's birthday. They were delivered to her office right on time. I was told the cookies were warm and the driver was very nice.

It is 333pm and they close at 10pm but not making anymore brownies and maybe night shift will what kind of customer service is that it use to be stocked with everything but lately every time I come here it's a disappointment you don't have something and not going to make anymore this is sad for such a nice place to go down 10/28/2024 in again and still every thing I wanted was not in double chocolate chip nor chocolate browine and was not offered the option to make more had to ask they did cook the double chocolate chip but did not cook the browine and close at 10pm and it is not even 7 yet and out of product and not wanting to make more is so sad I will give you all one more try then I will never try to spend money here again

I placed my order online for pickup. The cookies were warm and ready right on time. The guy that greeted me was welcoming and quick to get my order for me. I wish I knew his name, he deserves mentioning. The cookies were so good! I ordered 6 chocolate chip, 6 s’mores and they were all yummy! I will be back for more soon. The pic is what’s left after my husband got a hold of them. lol!

Service was rude. I know I didn't call in advance for my order, I wasn't planning on buying until that day. He was not in a good mood or something. It was like he was mad because I was taking all the chocolate chip cookies :(

Tasty.

Stopped in for the special stuffed cookies. The girls running the counter had no idea what was what as for the flavors. I told them no peanut cookies, only the salted caramel. Guess what we got home with, peanut butter and jelly ones. Not a single caramel. I'm not sure the girls realize people can be allergic to peanuts, very allergic. Just be careful when ordering, and it's best to check before you leave.
