This was a 4 star, maybe a 3, the burgers are AMAZING! Delicious, the best, and every compliment that can be given. But the rest of the options on the menu, just terrible. I dont like to use the word nasty....but. However, the burgers carry the restaurant on its own. 3 Stars, what makes it a 5 star is the service! The nicest, kindest, and most lovely people I have ever met! So nice, its a 5 Stars all the way!!! Any food thats not burgers is terrible, a dramatic/exaggerated difference! The best burgers in Texas for crying out loud, with the worst tenders, steak fingers, fries etc in Texas.

Call the order in when arrived to pick order up the doors were already locked at 7:23 stood at the door for about 5 minutes and knocking could see people inside at the tables as well as workers simultaneously I was calling into the store while knocking everyone was looking no one came to the door nor the phone finally after the second call someone answered the the phone and came to the door upon check out the prices that were placed in the POS where different prices than will reflect their website when asked why the man stated he did not know the website was old and outdated advised that that was not true due to they do have a disclaimer on the website about a delivery service and how prices may be hiked asked if there was anyone I could talk to that would honor the prices that is listed on their website say that there was not did not take the food with me as I will not pay for a price that does not reflect on their website where I made my order

The all time best burger I have ever eaten. The bag was greasy yal!!!! Meant to take pics but it looked so good I ate it immediately. But i did get a pic of the sign before I entered 😆

I'm a huge fan of hole in the walls and diners, do this place felt like home. No fuss, no muss and super tasty burger - I actually got to enjoy the fixings on my burger rather than chew through bread!!
And the place was super clean!!
Parking: We went for a later lunch so parking in front was decent. I'm not sure about additional parking if it's full.

Tom's Burger have the best burger I took my familys over there a lot, we always get combo meal with combo meal you get free cookies and the place is always clean great service and great Prices I highly recommended..

I love trying off the wall places with enthusiastic fans. But when I visited, the staff couldn’t care less whether we were there or not, even after telling them that it was our first time visiting. Asked if fries or tots were most preferred, got a “both are okay” response. Character was limited to stained ceiling tiles and potholes in the parking lot. The burgers were good, with nicely grilled buns, but did not measure up to others I have had in Waco. The sides were as endorsed, meaning okay. Don’t bother, the staff will appreciate the lack of customers.
