The owner is very nice and the food surpassed my expectations especially for the cost. For both a burger size of whataburger's and fries for 9$. It was definitely worth it. She just moved to a corner store where I live near by on 15th and Bosque. Definitely worth it and get you one.

Ms. Tootsie put both feet,toenails, Fingernails,elbows......in this food!! Lawdddd......this was the BOMB girl!!!!! Somebody get this girl a restaurant alreadyyyyy!!!!!

I had Tootie's several weeks ago, and I knew it was going to be good as soon as my sister and I got out of the car in the parking lot, we could smell the aromas of the spices. It was very nostalgic like if we were pulling up to grandma's house and she was cooking. The flautas, quesadilla and birria tacos were all delicious! The beans and rice were much similar to the flavor of my mother's! This was a hit! I highly recommend everyone try out Tootie's!
