Second terrible experience. We got seated and set up to golf. Our server came over and we ordered our drinks. And after that we never saw her again. I had to go inside to get napkins and then order our drinks and food. When asked to speak to a manager guy at bar said they were busy. I was giving the excuse...... we r busy today...... But I am not at fault for being short staffed.
Did see our server attend others and talking to other employees. Very disappointing.

🙃I was there with friends today 9/1 and wasn't expecting much. This was my first time at TOPGOLF. Our group was in the table area with the jenga games. A server came greeted us and took out drink orders. Then a little later she came to take our food orders. What impressed me was to took out order without using a paper pad or electronic pad. When the food came it was very delicious and tasty.
Our server impressed me more than she realizes when she came to ask if we needed anything else multiple times. I wish I remembered her name to I could call her out by name - but I can't remember her name. If I could let her know how much I appreciate her friendliness and courtesy by name I would - hopefully she knows that and I thank her.

We took our son for his birthday and they came out with HUGE letters spelling his name Yelling Happy Birthday. The food and drinks were great and our waitress was amazing!! Definitely going back soon!!

Enjoyed my only trip here. We went in the afternoon. It wasn't too bad with heat and there were fans blowing. Loved the seats outside and the service. A waiter is assigned to your bay to assist. Inside, there's a bar, seats, and a small store area. It was fun playing all the different games. This is a place for any level of play, from amateur to true golfer play.

Never had a worse experience in my life fornthe bartender to refuse to serve me after i paid him in full saying i drank too many bears and he didnt feel confortable it blows my mind the service i got after spending almost 200 dollars i will never visit that place again in my life shame

The staff at this location is always very attentive, polite, and professional. The atmosphere is great and enjoyable for my family and I. Have been here numerous times. Certainly worth the hour drive to drop in and know we are always going to have a great time!

Late supper with hamburger and side salad, chicken tenders with tots, and chicken wings. Food is good – hamburgers on the better side of other options tried in the geographic area. Staff very friendly. Would return.

Top Golf in Waco isn’t the best. The games weren’t working well, the food was mediocre, and the service could have been better.
For a venue that’s supposed to be focused on fun and hospitality, I had a truly disappointing experience at Top Golf in Waco today. I went in with high expectations for my son’s 15th Birthday, but the management was shockingly unaccommodating. The issue arose when we requested to add an additional bay next to our already 3 Bay Party reservation especially since there were plenty of open bays with no wait. When I tried to address my concerns with the General manager, Hugo, the experience only got worse.
He claimed the bay we wanted was reserved for 4 PM. However, when I followed up with the group that eventually took that bay at 5 PM, they told me they were walk-ins who had not made a reservation. So, not only did Hugo refuse to accommodate a simple request, he also blatantly lied about the reservation. His dismissive and arrogant attitude, made it clear he had no interest in resolving the issue. His ego seemed to take precedence over ensuring a positive customer experience. Instead of listening, he acted as though any feedback was beneath him.
That said, I do want to acknowledge our Event Bay Host, Jordan, who was as sweet as she could be. Despite the management issues with Hugo, Jordan went above and beyond to ensure our experience was as positive as possible. Her kindness and professionalism really stood out, and she deserves a lot of credit for making the best out of a bad situation.
While Jordan was wonderful, the poor management and lack of flexibility from Hugo have left a lasting negative impression. I expected better from Topgolf and won’t be returning anytime soon.
My husband also spends thousands of dollars here to host events for his work staff and he too will no longer do business with the Top Golf in Waco.

So much fun!!! Service and food were excellent and we will definitely come play again!
Very polite staff. We played mini golf which is super cheap and then got the range and played for an hour. We got three games in with 3 people playing. We had an excellent time! Highly recommend even if you don't golf. 10 out of 10

I planned on watching a football game, swinging some clubs, eating some tasty food during my first visit to Waco. However, service was less than adequate. I had one beer and tabbed out. Very disappointing since I always have a good time at all other Topgolf locations.
