I don’t advise anyone to make plans to eat around the bar area through the week. The bartender was young , didn’t pay attention to her surroundings, and I had to walk up to her and ask for 3 waters and tell her that we were ready to order. We later ordered a mixed drink and sweet tea. The young lady was told that the tea wasn’t sweet and she replied back to use the sugar packs on the table. 🙄 The food was good, but once again the young bartender didn’t come ask how is the food or offer us any refills. She definitely was in another world daydreaming, or she hasn’t been properly trained.

I want to take a moment to acknowledge the outstanding customer service provided by Reese, our bay host. From the moment we arrived, Reese was attentive and ensured that we had everything we needed for a great experience.
However, I was disappointed with the management's decision regarding our gameplay time. Unfortunately, it started raining just four minutes into our 30-minute session, and while the rain stopped five minutes before our time was up, our request for an extension was denied. This felt like a missed opportunity for the management to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
In a service-oriented business, it's crucial to consider how decisions impact the overall experience. While I appreciate Reese's efforts, I hope management can take a more customer-focused approach in the future. Thank you for a memorable time, but please do better in supporting your staff and valuing your customers.

A nice addition to Waco! Visited this location while on my way to Austin. A small version of what I’m used to in Dallas, but still is very good. I’d only give 4 stars due to cleanliness on the couches and tables at the bay.

Wish the upkeep was better. All the Mats are old. Everything is outdated and not like an actual top golf. They definitely have room for improvement. I call this location bottom golf because it only has one level and not as nice as the other locations iv been too. Food is good tho.

Attemp #3.... Was invited to play. Didnt want to because of bad service, but wasn't going to tell my friend NO. Same terrible service, food was nevered ordered. Still a 1 star.
Second terrible experience. We got seated and set up to golf. Our server came over and we ordered our drinks. And after that we never saw her again. I had to go inside to get napkins and then order our drinks and food. When asked to speak to a manager guy at bar said they were busy. I was giving the excuse...... we r busy today...... But I am not at fault for being short staffed.
Did see our server attend others and talking to other employees. Very disappointing.

🙃I was there with friends today 9/1 and wasn't expecting much. This was my first time at TOPGOLF. Our group was in the table area with the jenga games. A server came greeted us and took out drink orders. Then a little later she came to take our food orders. What impressed me was to took out order without using a paper pad or electronic pad. When the food came it was very delicious and tasty.
Our server impressed me more than she realizes when she came to ask if we needed anything else multiple times. I wish I remembered her name to I could call her out by name - but I can't remember her name. If I could let her know how much I appreciate her friendliness and courtesy by name I would - hopefully she knows that and I thank her.

We took our son for his birthday and they came out with HUGE letters spelling his name Yelling Happy Birthday. The food and drinks were great and our waitress was amazing!! Definitely going back soon!!

Enjoyed my only trip here. We went in the afternoon. It wasn't too bad with heat and there were fans blowing. Loved the seats outside and the service. A waiter is assigned to your bay to assist. Inside, there's a bar, seats, and a small store area. It was fun playing all the different games. This is a place for any level of play, from amateur to true golfer play.

Never had a worse experience in my life fornthe bartender to refuse to serve me after i paid him in full saying i drank too many bears and he didnt feel confortable it blows my mind the service i got after spending almost 200 dollars i will never visit that place again in my life shame

The staff at this location is always very attentive, polite, and professional. The atmosphere is great and enjoyable for my family and I. Have been here numerous times. Certainly worth the hour drive to drop in and know we are always going to have a great time!
