It’s a great time to hit some golf balls. that’s it thought. don’t order food, because it takes forever and then the servers never show back up. we ordered hummus and it came with 3 carrots sticks. only 3. when we asked for me we were told we had to order a whole new thing of hummus. everyone seems like they are new and had no idea what they were doing.

Came as a 25 year old man here and had my ID denied, was told I cannot hit my vape discretely and was given terrible service, when I asked for a refund on my 2 hour reservation that I had to wait 2 hours to get despite them being slow all day. Ended up with no alcohol, no food, no service, waste of money I wouldn't recommend to anybody.

Had a great time. Elexia (hope I spelled it right) was phenomenal and really on top of everything. All of my drinks and food came out quickly and as ordered. The golfing was a lot of fun.

Served my 3 year old burnt grilled cheese. Took extra time to remake. Then made us leave our bay 7 min after our time ended and we were still eating and having drinks. I can count 13 bays open currently. POOR SERVICE.

Worst top golf I have ever been to. They use fake golf balls that do not fly the normal pattern of a golf ball. The holes are not like a normal top golf, they are just different colored turf. This is just a lame golf range. Go hit balls somewhere else. I wanted to hit golf balls not wiffle balls.

I originally had an issue here but it was resolved. The customer service team is good and I appreciated how they handled my issue. The place is very fun and the staff is always very nice.
Sent a group of students to Topgolf for a reward field trip. They had a great time and the chaperones said the service was great. Keep up the great work and we will be back.

Planned a reward trip for some of my students. The chaperones who went on the trip said the service was top notch and the kids had a blast playing a game many of them have never played. Your staff was patient with our new golfers and made it enjoyable for all the students who made the trip. Thank you for such a great experience.We will be back.

Bad service yesterday. Took my 14yo daughter there to hit some balls and had terrible service at bay 112 around noon. Took forever to get service initially and then anything after that was not happening. The guy took our order and just never came back. As we were walking out to leave (30 min later) he was walking to the table...hard pass!Coming from Temple...I'll just head south to Austin from now on.
