We visited Twisted Riot around 8pm on a Wednesday night. It was not too busy or noisy which was nice. The cashier was friendly and helpful. They offer gluten free bread and said the fries were in a dedicated fryer, so my husband was able to get burger and fries. I got a chicken sandwich, fries, and a side salad. The salad was very tasty and fresh. In general, the food did the trick for dinner but didn’t overly impress.

Came here for lunch and had a present plesent quick lunch, had one of the specials (mushroom burger) and the burger was moist and flavorful. Don't be bashful and stop by the pickle area and taste the variety of pickles.

I hate leaving bad reviews..usually just say nothing but this was Horrible!!..the place has deteriorated terribly..30 minutes for a literally charred hamburger. No ice…as usual..only 2 screens working showing the same game..I’ve given this restaurant enough chances..sorry…

Visited this past Monday afternoon and looked forward to eating my James Bahn Mi. I bit in and felt a sharp bit of plastic. Horrified, I pulled it out of my mouth and did not feel comfortable continuing to eat, so I took it to the counter and asked for my money to be returned. The manager said, “Oh, sorry about that” and said he would refund my money- but only refunded the burger and not the fries that I also returned. I’ve checked my account this morning after several days and the amount they charged me has not changed. Pretty disappointing to be charged for something I didn’t and couldn’t eat. I don’t like giving bad reviews, but this was a terrible experience and I won’t return.

It's been a almost a year since our last visit before yesterday and I was so excited, unfortunately not only was the menu different but all the cool soda they had were gone and replaced with name brand ones but somehow kept the bad watermelon sweet tea. My chicken sandwich had to much sauce on it the bottom bun got too soggy and the fried pickles tasted like hamburger chip pickles. We won't be coming back but the staff was very friendly.

I ordered the double meat cheeseburger from Twisted Burger, and overall it was a good experience. The burger had a nice flavor, and the ingredients tasted fresh. The cheese was melted perfectly, and the bun was soft with a slight toast, which added a nice texture. However, the patties were a bit dry, which took away from what could have been an amazing burger. The portion size was generous, and the presentation was appealing. The service was friendly and fast, and the restaurant itself had a clean, casual atmosphere. Overall, it’s a solid spot for a good burger—just wish the meat had been a little juicier.
The young lady at the counter was very helpful and courteous.

This was a great burger place a few years ago but it has steadily declined in quality. The last burger I had there was on a salad and the meat was stringy and overcooked. I'm not sure what causes a ground beef patty to be stringy but the chopped up pieces were stuck together by something. I've made my last stop at this restaurant.

We stopped by on a quick trip to Waco and are so glad we did! We tried the peanut butter burger with habanero jelly and bacon! It’s was weird and good all in the same bite. Definitely something to try if you like trying it all!
