Selection and flavors are good but they only have large 16 oz cups. They say adults prefer large cups but not all adults do. If people want large give them the option but give others the option to go smaller.

My family loves going here!! They have a decent variety of flavors to choose from and the toppings are always fresh. My favorite is peach but sadly it's a rotating flavor so it's always hit or miss.... But I still would definitely recommend, it's a great family place and fun for kids and adults alike!

Stopped here on a Friday night after dinner since we were in town for a conference, had had a great Mexican dinner, and needed something to top that off. Overall the product was fine--nothing to write home about--but the young ladies running the place were doing a good job at cleaning up and making everything look very neat. We'd come again.

Several problems with this franchise:(1) No sample spoons/cups. Sorry that I am not a professional mixologist, but I have no idea what Banana Horchata and their eight other flavor combinations are going to taste like. I'd like to make an educated decision. I ended up with a cup of something that was not appetizing.(2) Partial and selective nutritional info on flavors. Some will simply be marked as "No dye" (who cares?) which I assume means it has no nutritional value to offer ... and others have calorie counts or fat free listed, but not all the information. That lack of transparency is branding geared at making people feel healthy while deceptive.(3) They only offer one size of container which is roughly the circumference of a Big Gulp and fairly tall and deep. They are doing this on purpose to take advantage of children and undisciplined adults who will fill their cups to the max without thought. I watched an elderly grandmother take three small children under the age of six through the line. Her bill for those three? $49.60. That's insanity. There is a sign on the front window for NO PANHANDLING. I laughed as I left, thinking, "They're probably on the street because they blew their entire paycheck here.'
