Tons of seating, huge variety of food, much more than just the usual deep fried foods (though they had those too). My favorites were the corn with cream and diced veggies (something about it was just super tasty), mussels, and the crab rangoon, the sweet cooked plantains were good too. Many tasty options. Service was good too, friendly, refilled my drink, and cleared my plates. Next time I'm passing through Waco I'll have to come back. Yum!

Food was good overall but service was not good. We had to ask for a refill for drinks and they didn’t pick up our dirty plates till the table was absolutely full. We decided to not leave a tip and wrote we would leave a cash tip and then was confronted as to why there was not a tip. Also charged $9 for a 4 year old buffet.
