Where do I even start with this place!? I’m not even gonna get into the food cause it speaks for its self but we had an absolutely amazing experience here thanks to DANIELLE talk about friendly and over all awesome was so sweet to me and my daughter we will for sure be coming back just for her impeccable service!!!!!!

Trying to enjoy dinner today when one of the employees Nikki started an altercation with a customer. Really threw the mood off. Everyone was able to hear her cause a scene. Could tell other employees are uncomfortable/upset with Nikki. Velvet Taco Manager please remove the hostile employee.

This is not my first time to be upset with this location, but this is my first time to complain. Today I placed an order through drive thru. I was told to pull around to the front and my order would be brought out to me. After 30 minutes of waiting, I walk in to find my order bagged and sitting off to the side with 3 workers standing around talking. I live less than 3 minutes from Velvet Taco. My tacos were COLD. Warmed them up and thebwialoty was severely diminished. I threw them away and went to get something else to eat. A waste of $37.12. It will be a very long time before I return to this location if ever. There are other great options in the area.

The food was nasty it tasted like buffalo wild wings and they only give you one taco each. 3 tiny tacos and a small nachos appetizer was $47. the food was not worth it don't waste your time. but the lady was sweet.
