Gut pack is a must order!!! Love this pack, a go to for us when we celebrate bbq Saturday. Service is always amazing. So much space and great atmosphere

Saturday evening about 6:30pm, had to rush in ordering, were told dining room was booked for private event at 7:00pm. Food is ok, brisket was semi-dry, sausage and sides were good, had to hurry up and eat. Not sure if we will try again.
Food quality is not the same as "back- in-the-day." Served lukewarm, sloppy with soggy bread. Dining in doesn’t mean I want it in a to-go box. What I think happened is that they couldn't find a customer with a takeout order that ordered the same thing. I ended up with that order that they kinda just laid on my table and left. Didn't mention it because it was busy, and I hate having to complain. But, how do you correct it if it's not brought to your attention? A nice lunch alone ro decompress was just, meh! With that being said, it's a Waco staple that I've loved for years. Better luck next time.

A Waco classic, and for good reason. Great brisket, and quality sides. The house-made sausage is excellent tasting and with good texture. Recommend pairing with a cold beer, root beer or big red, or sweet tea.
I got a sliced BBQ sandwich (not the lean) and the meat melted in my mouth. The best Barbecue I've had this trip.

The food, atmosphere and staff are 5 star.....the manager stops by our table to check on us every time ... He's very friendly, goes above and makes sure the food is good and if thereis anythingwe need. We usually stop here on our way headed to the races or casino...BE SURE TO TRY THE NEW GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICH.

Love the food, I do wish they would bring back the ROOT BEER in a glass bottle.
The food was great. Prices were good. The only thing I didn't like was the styrofoam container the food came out in. Other than that. We will be back

I went on a Saturday.I have been there 3 times total. Each time is worse. I'm never giving them another chance! Ordering process and line- was confusing and not enough cashiers taking orders. Line backed up. They do NOT care about their customers, at alllllll! Standing room only for ordering and a lady told me to go sit over there and wait for my to go order , and NO CHAIRS, were available..no bench either .....No seating is provided for people waiting, like elderly or women and children, or people who just had knee surgery ( me. )Not handicapped accessible ! No drive through to make things easier on the customer.:( big no no !Let's talk about theBbq. It was ok, plain at best. Nothing great.My son wouldn't even eat his sandwich and spit it out, because of the seasonings used in the BBQ, ( little spicy ) too much black pepper?I know they don't care about customers or handicapped customers. They should be ashamed!Gut pack??More like - DONT GO BACK!

My first time here. It was recommended by a friend. So glad I came. The BBQ was delicious (I got the Gut Pak),and I wish I could have a candle that smelled like this place. I will definitely visit again soon!
