Love the variety of beer styles available. If you’re a beer fan you need to stop in!!
O.M.F.G!!! BEST DAMN BURGER AND TENDERS IN TOWN! hands down!! Classic burger with cheese was absolutely perfect. Juicy, and flavorful! And huge too! The tenders weren't dry and gross! Everything is bigger on Texas right? Well this place has their tenders pretty big! Amazing great flavors! And if stop here, give their pretzel and beer cheese sauce a try! ?? I have nothing bad to say about this place, great service, great food, great atmosphere! I definitely recommend this place! They also have a good selection of beer on tap too!
Bad service. Overpriced food. There is no price list for the beer. We paid way too much for a lousy evening out. If you don't mind mixed up orders and have money to burn, then this is the place for you. Needless to say, we won't be returning. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this establishment.
This is a fantastic place with some of the nicest staff! They're moving to a new location (close to current location) soon, so it's worth it to see them in their OG location with awesome beer selection!!
Made a pit stop in Waco on our way to Arlington and we wanted to try a local brewery. This place does not disappoint! We had a flight of 4 beers and added the Saison. Our favorites were the Pearly gates and the HBO, but they were all great! We sat at the bar and had a great conversation about craft beer with Zack! We will definitely stop by again when we visit Waco!
It was an amazing experience, Zac was very friendly and suggested the best beers ever.
Thank you!
Great beer, decent brewer.
I recently visited Waco Ale on a Friday night and was impressed by the delicious beer selection. The atmosphere was lively and the staff was friendly. However, I was disappointed to see that they were starting to close early.
Shortly after 10pm, the staff began cleaning and flipping chairs, signaling that they were preparing to close. Last call was soon after, and they closed at 11pm. I couldn't help but feel a bit rushed and pushed out 30 minutes early on a Friday night.
Despite this, the beer was fantastic. I enjoyed trying a few different brews and appreciated the variety available. I just wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy them. Overall, I would recommend Waco Ale for their great beer selection, but I hope they reconsider what time is appropriate to start cleaning and doing last call.
Impressive selection of beer styles, and they pulled them off. They also have a good selection of appetizers that pair well with their beers.
Fantastic service

Great place, good people, good times!
The flights here are great. Cold and smooth. Super friendly staff. Definitely will be back!
It was great to come back to Waco and see that there is a good community of breweries down here putting out a good product. This was one of the better ones.
We had 5 of the ales, they were all great, I preferred the oatmeal stout.
As for food, big thumbs on the Nashville chicken sandwich and jot wings.
7 star fried chicken sandwich and 3-4 star beer and 2 star vibes. The friday karaoke is a cool idea but has been hijacked by aspiring musical theatre people and families belting out bangers like Cruel Summer.
