Awesome Staff
My new favorite go to. They have quality meats, and treats! Friendly staff, and clean. I will be a regular return customer.
We received meat after the use by date
Quality meats and great customer service. They also have great kolaches and some baked goods. :) prices are fairly low too. We come at least three or four times a month.

The idea of this place is great! Applaud them for that! But sadly, execution ( or probably more like lack of demand for a fresh seafood and butchery in Waco?) Have pretty much doomed it :(Had prime ribeye steaks cut, They were very very tough. But the worst part was the fresh corn on the cob. When I opened it it smelled funky but I cooked it anyway. Totally inedible I imagine looked pleasing but like just totally rotten?Still don't like that they had NO coffee ( except by cup)And wish I had gotten a picture of this swordfish. It was so pathetic. Tiny thin pieces. Absolutely zero resemblance to a hunk of fresh swordfish from New England.Needs 100% revamp? Half an aisle of flavored candy corn? And no coffee??I know, no one cares. I don't know why I'm wasting my breath :-)
We came in 5 til 6. Cashier giving bad looks and turned off the lights. Wasn't 6 yet. We would have been through by 6 but with her bad attitude we didn't buy anything. Need to teach their employees about customer service.

I had a great time talking to the staff. They have a great selection. I look forward to going back.

The sausage jalapeño kolache stands alone as the pinnacle of what a breakfast food should be. Perfect bread: meat ratios. Pairs wonderfully with the oat milk latte from Kurbside.
My dad got off to order sausage. The lady at the front was incredibly rude. She would repeatedly interrupt him. She was being arrogant and belittling him. Worst customer service I have ever had. Never buying from here again.

I love this place. They have the best cuts of meat at fair prices and jarred peaches to die for. The staff are friendly and great customer service. My go to meat market
