The tent is much bigger this year, so more tables are covered. The staff is efficient which is important to pull this off. I like it that you buy tickets now so you're not holding up the line while you decide what you want. The bugs were fantastic! I thought the shrimp was a little over cooked, but everyone else at the table loved it. This is always one of our favorite crawfish events.
Unfortunately the weather wasn't the best, but I really wasn't a fan of the lemon peels in the Crawfish. Too many of them and the the corn was too small. However, Classie sounded great.
