My wife and I ate from the food truck at The Will House. These ladies are personable, funny and just fun to talk to. The chicken and waffles are awesome! We will definately be regulars. If you haven't tried it I highly recommend.

I absolutely loved my order of chicken and waffles. My waffle was perfectly cooked. The breading on the chicken tenderloin was perfectly seasoned and not salty. The fresh strawberries were sweet and really added to my enjoyment. I appreciate the organic and gluten-free ingredients. It's definitely a must on my next trip to Waco, TX. Last but not least, the owner was an absolute joy!

We ordered a waffle at the food truck at magnolia market outside food truck area. The waffles were hard as a rock and tasted old. $10 for what seems to be an old leftover. would not recommend.
