Self serve. As soon as I walked in you have to place your order by giant iPad type thing. Sushi rolls are HUGE!

Literally nothing good here. We love sushi and seafood, everything here had a bad after taste and you could tell it was old. Terrible service as well, girls on their phones won’t even look up at us when they speak. We walked out without eating it was so bad. Part of their restaurant is their storage room too apparently

I ordered the California roll and kimchi stew with beef to try. The California roll was not great. The filling to rice ratio was off. I know most people would love to have more filling, I agree if it's fresh fish, but California roll filling....to much. I think if they made a little cheaper and used about half the filling they do it would be good. The kimchi stew wasn't bad, but felt lacking for some reason. Really couldn't put my finger on why I felt that way. Maybe if there were more stuff in it, like those disc shapes rice cakes, I think it would elevate that dish. Overall the food is average and will hit the Korean food craving but because of those few issues I had to knock a few stars off

I come to get Boba every time I'm in town but theres always some issue with the Boba drinks. Either machine is down or they're always out of the flavor I want. Over all the food is top tier.

We were staying overnight in Waco on our way home to Dallas.
Found Wako Roll near our hotel.
Their website states that they deliver- they didn't offer delivery that night.
Placed an online pickup order at 6:44pm, confirmation said it would be ready at 7:14.
Got there to pick up order, employees were being incredibly loud, disrespectful to customers in dining room.
Our rolls looked like they had been sitting ready for a while.
They were really large, making it very hard to handle and eat.
We got a deep fried roll that was soggy, tasted like the oil was old or bad.
Never again!! 0 stars!!!

Satisfying food delivered quickly during a Dallas to Austin road trip. Worth leaving the interstate for. Enjoyed the bulgogi jeongsik. Be sure to check out pictures on the kiosk vs relying on the menu board description.

The food quality doesn't match the price point. Like, the food was okay, but the price was as if it were great. Lunch for 2 people was $80. We got 3 rolls (to share), edamame, fried pickles, and 2 fountain drinks. I get that sushi is normally expensive, but what we got (portion size & taste) should have been about $50. We probably will not return to this establishment.
