Wendy’s seriously needs to improve their customer service. The staff was completely unprofessional and showed no sense of urgency at all. I waited far longer than anyone should have for a simple order, and no one seemed to care or apologize for the delay. The employees were more focused on talking to each other than helping customers. It’s disappointing because Wendy’s food is usually good, but the lack of professionalism and urgency from the team made this a frustrating experience.

Food was ice cold not all the food was in the bag. Bread on the burgers were hard as a rock. What a waste of 23$ super disappointing worked all day wanted something quick should’ve just ate at home

I Had a hair in my food I got a call from the manger while I was at work I answered and let them know I was at work and if I could call them back in 30 minutes I called them back no answer !! I want my refund ! I’ve called them 12 times since Friday and left voicemails no response .

Horrible experience, took me 10 minutes to order a fries and frosty since the cashier seemed to not know how to use the POS. The cashier would leave during this interaction then come back. After waiting for my order, they only started it once they saw me come up to ask about it and then forgot some of the items I ordered. To me it seemed as though it was everyone’s first day - maybe it was but nonetheless an absolute travesty.

No staff at the front counter, restroom locked, no kiosk for dining room orders, drive thru is now computerized.
Dave Thomas would be horrified at what has become of this brand.

They have zero customer service. There are like 6 of them and they will ignore the front register. Yall dont have self service so the register is the only way to order. The management is equally lazy.

I'm not a fan of the AI drive thru, I had to repeat my order a few times. I don't like that they keep figuring out how to replace employees with electronics.
The food was good, single, fries, and a frosty, the reason my wife likes Wendy's.

Very rarely do I give bad reviews. Although the girl at the drive-through was quite polite and considerate to let me know that they were closed. It says that they're closed at 1 AM not 10 after 12 which is the time that I arrived . At least she didn't make me sit there and wait while the big drive through screen was lit up, or else I might've been sitting for a bit wasting time.

Now why they would be closed almost an hour prior to the time listed is beyond me. Quite disappointing. Management needs to do something about that. ...
