They have zero customer service. There are like 6 of them and they will ignore the front register. Yall dont have self service so the register is the only way to order. The management is equally lazy.

I'm not a fan of the AI drive thru, I had to repeat my order a few times. I don't like that they keep figuring out how to replace employees with electronics. The food was good, single, fries, and a frosty, the reason my wife likes Wendy's.

Very rarely do I give bad reviews. Although the girl at the drive-through was quite polite and considerate to let me know that they were closed. It says that they're closed at 1 AM not 10 after 12 which is the time that I arrived . At least she didn't make me sit there and wait while the big drive through screen was lit up, or else I might've been sitting for a bit wasting time.
Now why they would be closed almost an hour prior to the time listed is beyond me. Quite disappointing. Management needs to do something about that. ...

Initially I was going to write about my negative experience in the drive through from the previous night before. I called the next day and spoke to the GM about what happened and she was very apologetic about what occurred. She handled the situation appropriately and was very respectful and professional about it. I wasn’t going to come back but now because of Tiffany I definitely will coming back again!

The young lady, with red hair. Who worked the inside register on Sunday at 2:00 pm. Needs to be fired or talked to. I ordered online. And told her I had a pickup twice and she didn't acknowledge or talk to me about my order and I saw others that ordered after me. Get there food BEFORE me. This is unacceptable I don't know what kind of establishment y'all are running but she absolutely needs to be FIRED. This woman, had no energy no enthusiasm. It is as if she doesn't care. Someone please send her home or fire her.

This store was built with a walk up service window on the side of the building specifically meant for delivery drivers, so that we could avoid having to waste our time waiting in line for orders that have already been made and paid for. Genius right? Well, it would be IF THEY HAD ANY INTENTIONS OF ACTUALLY USING IT!!!🤬

Employees rude as hell!!! Ordered online foods good but forgot my pickles. Went through drive thru and didn't even get a hello how are you and shut the window in my face. Employees acted like they didn't want to be there definitely will chose other Wendy's or restaurants in the area.
