I get that your job sucks, I get that the pay isn't that great, but have some pride in what you're doing. Made a DoorDash order, and if there was only one thing forgotten like the straw, it wouldn't be a big deal. But the fact that the ketchup and the salt on the fries and the straw, and any sort of paper napkin we're all neglected to be put in the bag. Is that what you would expect to happen if you ordered from the restaurant?

The meat was burnt and dry, not juicy. The fries weren't fresh. Asked for lettuce and tomato's didnt get it on the burger .

Too long of wait time drive-thru was going well inside the restaurant a guy said he had been waiting 30min or so just for a burger and it took a while to get my order and some people that came in after I did got there order before I did makes no sense

This Wendy's location is horrible. I ordered a Baconator combo and asked very specifically not to have cheese or the onion on it. Well, what's on my burger, cheese and onion. They take your money and hope you don't check your food. How deplorable is that. The people at the drive-through window are rude and unprofessional. How hard is it to say thank you and be polite during the ordering process. They act and behave like they don't want to work there. If a customer complains that their order was wrong, the staff gets an attitude, including the managers. Who deserves to have an attitude? The paying customer.
Customer service at this location is very poor. I'm done supporting this Wendy's franchise, and they will not make any more money off of me. I advise all other customers that if you choose to select this Wendy's, be sure to check your order before you drive off because they will not.

They are serving cold food here and over charging people. Just paid 21$ and change for two ,2 for 6 meals. I assume no management since I can't get an answer on the phone.

I recently had a terrible experience at 1015 N Valley Mills Dr
Waco, TX 76710 United States Wendy’s. I live just 6 minutes away, yet all my food (fries, burger, nuggets) was served cold, including my boyfriend’s meal. When I returned to address this, the entire staff was dismissive and rude. The employee who assisted me had an attitude, even though I was polite. This poor customer service, combined with cold food, is a disgrace?

not in a rush to give your food out at all. you’ll be waiting for a good minute and they’re mostly out of everything you ask for. Foods good but the atmosphere is toxic the kids have absolutely no idea what they’re doing and this poor lady is having to do it herself because these kids have absolutely no clue what’s going on or can’t move fast enough to comprehend.

How are y'all gunna sell me 2 junior bacon cheeseburgers and a BACONATOR and not put bacon on any of it? Or give me a receipt to file a complaint? This place is hit or miss but that really made me mad.

Walked in cause drive thru was slow and long. Water all over the dining room floor. Signs but no one mopping up the mess. Waited at counter 5 minutes and was ignored. Left and went 1 block up to McDonalds. Always liked Wendy’s in Austin but Waco location needs much improvement. If they aren’t sued over someone slipping in the water on their floor they will be lucky.can’t answer below questions cause I was never waited on or served.
