Went inside because their was a line wrapped around the building. Went to the counter and tried to order. Was told I HAD to use the kiosk (curious how they take drive thru orders). Kiosks are covered in finger prints. Ask a girl to clean them and get attitude and shitty looks from everyone standing around doing nothing in the back. Proceed to order mine and my son's food. Apparently there is zero option to remove cheese from the burgers. Complete fail. Will never be returning to that location.

I went to pick up my mobile order and a woman at the first window in the drive thru looked me up and down and asked if I worked in a nursing home because I had on scrubs. I just said no and then she asked me if I don't work at all. I don't owe her an explanation about my employment status, but since the employees are rude here, it's on brand for the experience there. Worry about getting orders correct and not my financial status.

For whatever reason the drive through staff stopped communicating with me so I just pulled forward to see 4 or 5 people standing in the drive through window area. No greeting or amount owed just awkward silence until finally that hand me my food then tell me the total. Good was clearly left over from the lunch rush ( it was 5pm). I don't expect much from fast food but this was less than even that.

Very rude employees walk in walk to counter to place an order since the self order system said to no one ever said anything stood there for 5 mins and was still being ignored the supervisor in a red shirt even came out looked at us and walked away

This is one of the newer stores that have the kiosk, there are no people to take your orders I happen to bring cash this time, I had to wait an additional 15 minutes because there was no one to work the registers where they take cash... The only way I found out is cuz I waited so long and I asked where my order was... Go through the drive-thru
Not sure employees should be taking drive thru debit cards out of site from the drive thru window and walk with them into the dining room and then come back and finally decide to swipe it and another employee take over and hand it back to the customer.

10/15/24 Young lady in drive thru was rushing me to order "Are you ready to order yet?" only to interupt me several times to "hang on"...a few moments later "what was that"... and then finally "Is that it?" Pulled up to first window my card was rudely extracted from my hand... Then at 2nd window was open before my arrival and whrn bags were handed to me all that was said is "spoon and straw in bag" and then shut the window. There was 1 car behind me, hours before close... why such a rush and rude service at that?
